Sizing is an issue in this store because it is very confusing and this is where the brilliant and helpful staff come in very handy. The shop is very tidy and all the clothes are presented well. When you go there they will personally help you piece things together. The suits here are of good quality and the staff are people who really know their stuff. There are also pormotions in store which you would not expect from a store like that. This place is the perfect place when you have a wedding for example, they even do scottish wedding suits (e.g. kilt etc) so they have it all. However the downside to the store is that it is a bit pricey but i guess youre including the price of the servcie and it is good quality stuff you get. But the old fashioned feel can be off putting

Their prices are about average for fashion clothing, and if they've got a sale on you can often find a real bargain. This store is well laid out, with sections for lingerie, jewellery and shoes as well as the main area of the store where the clothes rails are set out. They sell a good selection of workwear, along with very reasonably-priced jeans and casual wear, and there is also a maternity section at the back. The changing rooms are quite roomy and comfortable and there seem to be plenty of them so far I've never had to queue to try something on in this shop.

The sale rails are very visible, and the sale items are usually well discounted. The shoe range is also quite large, although sizes available are limited. They also stock a good range of jewellery items. The staff are friendly and helpful, and will help you find specific items. There is no attached parking but the shopping centre has several accessible car parks in the area. The till is located towards the back of the store, which I find odd, but seems to be common practice in some high street chains. There are security tags, so I guess that means their is no theft.

The first floor of this store is Topshop for women and it is generally bigger than the topman part…read more Topman is on the second floor and does not seem to have any access for wheelchair users because it only has stairs up, which i even have a problem walking up after walking round derby! The clothing is well sectioned and it's easy to find the clothing you want because everthing is grouped together such as accessories, formal wear, jeans and casual. The staff are all great, friendly, helpful and well dressed and i usually see one of them at a lot of gigs i go to and so he must have the same musical taste as me! Music in this store is fun. The products in this shop can be expensive and you could probably find the same thing for a lot cheaper in the nearby primark. Clothing in here is never unique and so someone will always have the same thing as you.
