My hair has always been a challenge for most barbers. My bi-racial background (American father with curly hair/Vietnamese mother with straight hair) has left me with straight, coarse hair that grows outward (picture a chia pet). Most barbers can't seem to figure out how to cut it (which baffles me to no end). However, Sada seems to be the exception to the rule. Although this place is a salon, I would say that 40 percent of his clients are men (if I had to venture a guess). The salon is located in downtown Stuart right off the roundabout. Friendly staff and competitive prices. I walked in without an appointment and was seen within 30 minutes. I had a great cut and will keep coming back. read more

My second time here for a blow out. First time the experience was great. The stylist new how to work the hair to achieve a smooth and shiny finish. This time I had a different stylist and I just left the salon looking like I did my own hair. Which I will have to do when I get home! My hair is thin and semi wavy and she just couldn't figure it out...kept wrapping huge amounts of hair around the brush so that it couldn't dry completely. The end result is frizzy, baked looking hair. The only reason I even gave them three stars is because they are nice but without the original stylist there, I won't be going back. read more

I am so grateful to Sada International Salon! Wow! My hair has luster and shine it hasn't had in years! Yoko, cheif hairrcolorist, had mentioned a product called Inoa, a revolutionary color product that adds moisture and shine unlike any other product can,so today I bit the bullet and had her do it! It was an easy application with very little smell or itchiness! Yay! Next came my shampoo, ahhhh, I love the shampoos I get as this salon, they are heaven on earth! The shampoo is unlike anywhere else because it includes a Japanese head massage they employ during the shampooing process and it almost put me to sleep. It's little touches like this and the beverage they ALWAYS offer that keep me coming back year after year! So, onto my cut I go! After requesting an updated look with a cut, I got just that after consulting with Sada about what might work! He went to town and gave me a really beautiful cut using both a razor and a sharp pair of sissors! My new hair cut makes my hair come alive with movement now and frames my face beautifully! I can't tell you how very, very happy I am with the outcome! I couldn't tell how the color came out until after Sada had cut and dried my hair, but once that was complete I was stunned at how beautiful my hair looked! My hair hasn't looked this awesome in a long time! It almost looks like I had highlights put in, but I didn't, it's the new hair color Yoko suggested! I love it! LOVE IT! If you've never tried this salon before, I HIGHLY recommend it, the experience rivals the high-end salons and costumer service one might recieive in NYC! From start to finish I had a wonderful expreience at Sada, the staff are very friendly and accomodating and the cut and color, well, out of this world!
