(We even got a partial refund as some of the previously done work on a septic design for the previous owner was able to be used, so they passed on the savings to me.) I also gave them an easement document provided by my title company that helped them to create the map. Their office accepts checks but not credit cards. And just like they promised, they came back a few weeks later with a proposal on the work with a detailed breakdown of what to expect.
