Omg obsessed with this store…read more Its in this little town in northern Ontario called blind river, on hwy 17. On the way to Sault ste. Marie or thunder bay, or Vancouver. Haha They are a gift ware store, or as I like to put it 'things you can buy that make your place awesome'. Outside - they have a cute window display, you can tell what you are going to find inside. Decor - country store. It feels nice and friendly when you walk in. Warning, it can be a bit overwhelming. There's a lot of stuff, but its not cluttered and falling off the displays. There's big aisles and you never have to worry about bumping into things or knocking stuff over. Basically you WON'T feel like a bull in a China shop!! Also the shop smells amazing. I want my place to smell like that. Always!!! Staff - everyone is always super nice. Shout out to Shirley! Go when she's working! Goods- all that other stuff doesn't matter unless the goods are good. They are. This things they sell: picture frames, candles, vases, paintings, clocks, purses, jewellery, funny sign, plates, stuff like that. Ok. They have something for everybody, which means you probably won't like everything they have, they have things for babies to grandma's and everything in between. Which is awesome because that means if you forgot a hostess gift or that its grandma's bday you can buy it here. Love the candles. Apparently best sellers!!! Cost- there are a few things that made me think 'how much? It can't be that inexpensive'. But honestly mostly you think of that IKEA commercial where the woman yells 'start the car! Start the car!'

There is "always" unique finds for gifts that you wouldn't find in the box stores and this makes gift giving special. Parking: There is free parking.if you want to park close it might be a problem but if you wait a minute or 2 youll find that some of the other shops have high customer turnover so you can generally get a good spot. Decor: Typical furniture store. It looks much bigger on the inside than from the outside. You don't expect it to be that big. Inside it's quiet, the light is not harsh and bright and it's full of furniture :) Stock: Everything from living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. There's some really cute little kid things. All sorts of price points and styles. Au currant stylish things and things your granny would pick! Woo. Staff: Nice. There's no hard sell which I thought was refreshing. Everytime I go in I expect the hard sell like you get from the staff at places like Leons but nope. In fact, this last time, the sales person brought my mom upstairs to look up used, or extra floor models in case price was a factor. She was looking at a $800 lazy boy and they brought her upstairs to look at a practically identical $80 one. What?!?! This gives them the 5 stars in itself They also deliver and will move your furniture around for you if you need them too! ( And offer placement advice!!). This place is worth the shop. Funny but I think that you can find everything at one of those big monster stores here. Location: On a main road. There's actually a Canadian tire gas station in the parking lot. Store: They also sell tires and have mechanics. In the summer they have a garden centre. As I said it's a fairly tiny building, well, compared to the monster stores that are being built now. Inventory: They pack a lot in that little space. Sometimes it's only one or two of an item which can suck if three people need the same thing in the same day. Staff: Everyone who works here is great. They know where everything is and are more than happy to help. Also. I have to say they are always fully staffed. You can always find someone. I swear the Richmond hill Canadian tire by my house has less staff working than thus store does on any given shift and it's about 20% of the size. So it goes without saying, excellent customer service! Overall: Well it's rhe only one in Elliot lake and the next one is an hour away so it's the best bet.
