Called back a few days later and they taken another job over those dates. So I tried to set up for a date close to that and the man on the phone told me Ian had to call me back to set it up, because he was in charge of that. So I gave my phone number and several dates that could work, and no one ever called back. Nice business ethics! Never will I try to use or recommend this company again.

How could I not rate these guys 5 stars. I am just thrilled with not only the quality of work that was done by Christine and her team, but the caring personal customer service provided by Christine herself and best of all her incredibly reasonable pricing. She felt so bad that I'd had another company cancel on my suddenly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure she found a spot to take care of my unit. I own a student rental unit in Guelph and with a young family sometimes getting out there on a regular basis can be difficult. One of the services I provide all tenants is that once a year (for now) I will have their unit deep cleaned top to bottom, inside appliances, bathrooms the works. For me being a remote landlord this is extremely difficult and time consuming, so finding reliable, businesses such as C & M Cleaning helps me to ensure I keep my promises to my tenants AND ensure my investment is maintained at all times. They brought a team of people in and delivered a thorough cleaning under time and at a remarkable price. ****SCAM ARTISTS**** Use this cleaning company at your own peril. I needed our EMPTY rental…read morecleaned before an open house. Christine came and gave me a quote and it was reasonably fair for the amount of work promised. It ended up being anything but fair... The window sills were done well, the floor was done amazingly, but that was it... none of the walls were cleaned, the light fittings were cleaned, the tiles in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the baseboards weren't cleaned, the cupboard doors in the kitchen weren't cleaned and I could go on... When I arrived to check the place out as these jokers were leaving, they asked me to give the floors an hour to dry before walking on them. No problem. within a few minutes I got a sob story by text asking if I could pay them straight away as she wanted to have food on the table this weekend. I'm a fair person, so I put thru a part payment and said I would forward the rest after inspecting the job. When I went and found out the lack of work that actually had been done, I tried to cancel the e-transfer but they have it set up so it is automatically deposited into their account and the bank can't retrieve it. SCAM ARTISTS. Don't use these guys unless you want sub-standard work. I wish I could post a picture below of the "S" in the grime on the wall was the one room that the walls were meant to be cleaned. Awful job, don't hire these guys.
