Excellent experience From start to finish! When we arrived for our cruise the courteous driver loaded our bags and immediately drove us directly to our terminal at MSC. Upon returning from our cruise, a van was waiting for us in the parking area of the terminal. We were back at the parking garage in about 10 minutes. Terrible customer service the number provided to call based on their instructions was never answered we were not given instructions where to wait for pickup and we have to be wondering around waiting to see one of their vans , very disappointing and desorganice , they didn't know how many passengers where at the port and we had to wait 45 mins to be picked up not even knowing if we were actually getting picked up until one of their vans arrived they should have like the others companies there picking up people a person to guide you we were the first ones and because the driver parked in another spot we had to stay and wait longer people just rush to the van no respect for a line very unpleasant experience read more

Very very very and let me say it again very friendly staff who checked me in and made my first experience a GREAT ONE!!!! Simple pre-reserve online, print out pass at home, arrive at the garage and collect the parking ticket at the electronic gate, check in at the office to the right of the gate you entered through initially.... Park your car/Truck/SUV, make your way to the office and one of the friendly staff members will walk you through a brief registration on an iPad, and when you have completed the 5 fields, you are ready to hop on the shuttle. My friends and I used Safe Cruise Parking for the first time, and it was a great experience. Parking at the port has become incredibly expensive, but with Safe Cruise, we paid less than $100 for a full week. The garage was easy to find and had plenty of available spaces. Check-in at the office was quick, and within minutes we were on the shuttle heading to the port. The staff were friendly and helpful, even showing us exactly where to meet after our cruise. When we returned, we simply called the office to let them know we were ready to get picked up. We waited about 10-15 minutes for the van to arrive at the designated pickup spot. Really great experience parking in the garage and the price was terrific. The shuttle to the port was excellent. We waited quite a while for the return, but once the driver arrived, he was super nice. He helped my mobility challenged wife board the shuttle and assisted with her suitcase. The staff were great in answering the phone and my questions, as well as making the process easy. Just follow their detailed instructions. While this parking service is inexpensive the manager makes this service not worth a dime. This was my second experience using SCP, and yet again the return shuttle was a nightmare. After calling to request my pickup, I watched two empty shuttles pass us by at our terminal. I called again only for the DRIVER to call me yelling (though he said "he was busy and I shouldn't take his yelling personal..."). Are you busy with empty vans? I digress. When a van finally arrived, there was only room for 1 of the 20+ people waiting on shuttle service, and there would be another 45 minute wait for the next shuttle. After deciding I wouldn't wait 3 hours to be picked up, we took an Uber and attempted to speak to the staff and manager at the parking garage. This "woman" (for lack of other nice words to say), was as stank as they come. Instead of seeing the calm but frustrated demeanor we used with her staff, she immediately came in hot and nasty. Two lines it she said "...well fine don't use our service again..."! Welp, you're right I won't use a service that pays a nasty woman like you to lead a team, but not without making sure that folx know you are the reason Ms. Castilla (taken from the gold chain on your neck). You clearly work for folx because you have no professional experience running anything or working with people. You should stay behind a desk and never communicate with human beings. If you use Safe Cruise Parking, please know that parking and shuttle service to the port are excellent. HOWEVER, do NOT depend on the return shuttle service to get you from the Port. You will wait hours, you will be crammed into packed vans, and you will be greeted by quite possibly the worst customer service ever. We used Safe Cruise Parking for the first time last week. Parking at the port would have cost us $245. Safe Cruise cost us $96. The garage was easy to find and had plenty of open spaces. We checked in at the office and were on the shuttle within minutes. We waited around 10 minutes for other riders to arrive and then we were on our way to the port, which is a very short drive away. After the cruise you simply call the office to let them know you're waiting. They give you the meeting location and send a van. The wait at 9:20am was around 25 minutes. We'll definitely be using them every time we go on a cruise going forward. read more

This place used to be great. Unfortunately they have gotten worse and worse over the past few months and have not gotten to the point they have zero customer service. When they make a mistake they do not own up to it. Instead they do everything they can to deflect and try to point the blame at the customer who is paying for this so-called service. The location is great. The price is great. The shuttle drivers, for the most part are great. The crew of misfits in the office, not so much. I had a driver who took my bag out when he emptied his bus full of 20+ of us and as he loaded two people back on for what seemed like a private ride, he for some reason loaded my luggage back on to shuttle and took it for a 95 minute tour around downtown Miami. They whole crew was clueless as to who had my luggage and when it would come back to the garage and if it wasn't for one of the drivers who was the only one who knew what was going on, I'd likely still be standing there a week later waiting for this fool of a driver. Safe? Our car was broken into while we were away. When we reported to staff, they were unconcerned, simply saying "We will let security know". Also the shuttle back from the port took almost 2 hours to come. Wouldn't waste money on these people again. read more

Pre paid parking went perfectly. Spaces available, shuttle wait under five minutes, pick up wait was under 10 minutes and office validated parking card with no wait. Saved over $70 over port cruise lot and did not have to drag bags through massive parking garage. read more

The return shuttle took over 90 minutes to come get us. After being told the shuttle was on its way then when we called back, they said they were stuck in traffic. They only have two shuttles to make return trips and 100's of people to pick up. I felt lied to. We would have got another ride if they would've just been transparent about the wait time. read more

Easy parking and shuttle to and from port, Miami has a lot of traffic, be patient, took about 30 mins for pickup but friendly staff.

Never had a problem, going to park there again in 11 days for a 13 day cruise and I have all confidence my truck will be safe.

The driver was great and it is less expensive than the Miami port parking but beyond that STAY AWAY. There is zero organization when you try to get to the port. One minute it is "stand here" then another minute is "stand over there" for your ship. You might be in the correct line when a van shows up. Getting the shuttle after the cruise was horrid - we waited for 2 hrs. and only two shuttles went by and they were full! After waiting 2 hrs. with several calls we had to take a taxi. We were not the only couples waiting the same amount of time. read more

The parking structure it uses, which does not require their services, is $15 per day. When we arrived they increased the price for us from $100 to $150 cash only for a seven day cruise. It was one hour after we arrived at the parking structure before we were dropped off at terminal A Royal Caribbean for our cruise arrival. Lyft/Uber at drop off and return was only $14 which we did not use but should have. When we returned from the cruise we and 26 people were waiting at pickup number 5, 1st van arrived promptly at 7:30 and was full leaving us for the next van which arrived in 50 minutes finally leaving the terminal at 8:20 with another 30 minutes back to the parking structure. Once we arrived the parking structure the validation was fine. I would just park at the paid parking and use Uber or Lyft both ways if they have a significant wait thus avoiding the 1 1/2 hours to get to my car after a cruise. Also make certain if you use then book online for the discounted fare. They need to deploy more resources upon return from the cruise, perhaps allow us to text the day before so they can plan better. I still believe this is a better option than parking on site at $35 per day. read more

This was probably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Once we got off the cruise and called the number for pickup they said the next bus should be there in ~15 minutes. We go to pickup spot and there is a bus there but headed to the airport, they say the next bus is going to the garage. We watch the old guy who another driver later told us was the boss kick two people off the bus so they could fit a family who hadn't been waiting as long. Those two people were rightfully mad and the "boss" just argued with them. That bus leaves the next one comes and they say they are going to the airport. But there is no one in line for the airport so they go and round up random people waiting and offer them ride to the airport instead of taking their already paid customers in line to the garage. I call the number and who I assume was the "boss" picks up and tells me a bus will come when it comes for the garage they get to decide when it goes to the garage. I say he has a line of people and he starts arguing with me and tells me I don't know how to run his business and literally tells me to shut up and hangs up. We got an uber within 3 minutes and left. This entire operation is a scam with the rudest manager. Don't waste your money, parking at the cruise terminal is $5 more a day worth not dealing with this. read more

The one positive is this company was close to the cruise port. We chose the company because they advertised EV chargers, however that was not the case. There were EV chargers in the parking garage, but they were not associated with the company. Upon returning from our cruise we waited 45 minutes and called the company 3 times to let them know we were waiting. We then circled to another cruise pick up where our driver told us, we may have to sit in laps to get everyone in. Not only did we not do that, it was unsafe and we have teenage children. Please don't waste your money or time!! Go somewhere else to park. after driving 13 hours and getting turned around in downtown Miami, my husband and I decided to use this company for services. When I entered the business, I encountered a very nice and friendly young Black lady who gave me a sticker and told me that I needed to pay the parking fee upfront. Okay no problem. Well On the way back from the cruise, we were trying to figure out how to get out of the parking deck, and after 30 mins of trying to navigate, we finally got down to the gate. By this time, I was pretty stressed and frankly didn't know what to do. We encountered a security guard who was able to take me straight to the office(would not been able to locate it from where I was, no signage up to point you in the right direction. Once I came in there was a Hispanic lady who I explained to that I was trying to get out and that when I came in the lady I spoke to told me that the ticket would be validated. For reference..: this is my first time in this area, the first time using this company, and when we initially parked, I was scared to death that we would miss our embarkation looking for a place to park. In hindsight, could I have looked at the separate paper given to me, yes, but this was her response: " the directions are CLEARY PRINTED ON THE BACK AND THAT IS WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED! She definitely told you what to do and how to do it!" She then took my ticket and validated it. I was stunned by the amount of attitude towards me and her tone. I became angry, and as I walked out of the door, I said that I wouldn't be coming back, her response was good we don't want you to and I did tell her to shut up. I posted a google review on my experience and come to find out the Hispanic lady is supposed to be the owner of this company.. wow is all I can say. I'm not sure how she expects to grow a business with being rude and condescending to people. She accused me of being racist, how? because I referred to her as a "Hispanic woman"? I had a about 1,000 different things going on and it really would have been nice to encounter a friendly person, a person with a smile and somebody that could let me know "hey it's okay you in good hands now" or something. This owner really should work on the blueprint that she is putting out there. I was offered a wonderful deal with the parking from them, but based on my interaction with her, I would NEVER use her service, even if it was free. She had the "nerve" to call me rude when she started the initial nastiness. Based on other reviews of this company, I can see this is her mo.
