Great jet dock! New and well maintained. Marina provides water hook ups, wench, and a storage bin.

Charleston city is a great location to moor/store a boat. I've had my new Searay there for about a month now and very happy with the experience so far. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. The slip fees are standard for the area, but I still don't find them over priced. They have full facilities, power, tv, WiFi, and their bathroom/shower house on the dock is always very CLEAN and new. Parking is my only complaint and not fills quickly. From my user standing though, they are paving a new lot this year. Last, all access points have security gates, code protected, and 24 hour surveillance. The dock office is open 24 hours a day which I personally found to be an awesome selling point.

The gps you have to manually adjust to follow your path. Radio has BT and there's a full size cooler under the seat.

The price per foot is very competitive and worth it. More convenient then a jet dock. Seabreeze is tucked away off East Bay and very convenient to get to. Parking is limited during the week, but I've never had an issue finding a spot. The marina itself is large enough to hold around 15-17 boats in the water at any given time, so keeping your boat in for a few days is not problem. Having your boat placed in the water is literally as easy as a button on an app. From there they will fill up your tank, ice you down, and even provide snacks and beverages (extra cost) if you request. The app is always working well and I've never had a problem. What separates Seabreeze from other Marinas are the PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. Great group of guys who are genuinely very friendly and just there to make sure your happy. They are always very accommodating to all my special requests. I trust them without question with my boat and have had no issues. Will the GM is always available when I've needed him. Chandler and Hunter are awesome at making sure everything is running smooth. It's hard for me to imagine putting my boat anywhere else.

He is a wealth of local knowledge and very friendly. The marina location is great as it is in a protected area and offers ideal access to the harbor. The docks are very nice and offer extra protection to wake. This is a prime downtown location with nice amenities and a great team, highly recommend. Its a little tough getting to town from the marina, but the same is true for all downtown marinas offering annual slips and Seabreeze has more parking than others.

Now, I am…read moreVERY prone to seasickness so I decided to sit it out and my husband graciously agreed to stay back with me. So the family goes and they have a nice boat ride but do not report seeing many dolphins. Thems the breaks with nature, I suppose! Anyway, they get back and my husband and I decide to take a walk around the marina so our day wasn't a total bust. And my friends? We hit the dolphin JACKPOT. We managed to be there at the same time a shrimp boat returned and after they docked they began to sort their catches, throwing any unwanted fish and sea creatures back into the water. And the wildlife went CRAZY. The dolphins swam right up to the boat, just by railing we were watching from. There were dozens of them! DOZENS! The pelicans came by and I delighted watching them diving and taking fish down their mighty gullets. Seagulls dove and hovered....it was so fun. I honestly think we watched for close to an hour. It was delightful. And the best part? We didn't pay a dime for the experience and I wasn't puking over the side of a boat. Wins all around! I texted my cousin, the one who requested the boat excursion, a short clip of all the dolphins we saw and she responded with a very cross looking emoticon. Annoying my teenage cousin? The extra bonus of the whole affair. IDK how know often those boats come through and I would never want to discourage anyone from taking a tour if they wanted but if you can time it right, you'll get a pretty incredible experience just by passing through.

You might see kayakers and plenty of fisher-people out on the pier. If you're a fan of boats or birds, there are plenty to be seen. You can even watch the boats get hoisted out of the water into a bait storage. They have a scant amount of public parking so if it's a busy day you might be out of luck. I did like the view at the end of the pier and the birds certainly aren't shy.

They've just opened a really nice clubhouse/lounge for members to cool off, have a fun little outside bar that is open on weekends (last year they used to give away beer to members on Sundays!), and have a new little pavilion type spot down on the actual docks that will have live music from time to time. The guys who work at the marina are incredibly nice and well-skilled in maneuvering boats... so have no fear owners, you likely won't find a scratch from them! Members can call and have their boat launched from I think 8am until 4pm. All boats are kept in dry docks and put in the water on request. If you get in after 4pm, you're boat will be safe and sound, and placed back in the dry dock the following morning. The marina crew washes the saltwater off each boat before returning them to their covered stalls which ensures your boat stays as well-maintained as possible. There is also a small convenient store on site that sells beer, water, and a few other beverages. Overall, a really nice spot!

They just built a brand new clubhouse which is fantastic for relaxing. Beer can be purchased on site which is great and the outside bar is a nice area to sit around, although almost never staffed. I've enjoyed my experiences at Daniel Island Marina a lot and look forward to returning again soon. PS...going away from Charleston Harbor up the creek provides great boating on choppier days.
