I glad to say that the intact persons listened very attentively and asked questions to get a better understanding of what I was saying. I was comfortable, and did not feel intimidated in anyway. My therapy is attentive and she listens attentively. When I read the other comments, I was a bit taken with the negative views. Thought to myself I must write something. Ive not had a problem with anyone ever at the reception are, the staff is very friendly and professional. I've been going for 3 months now. I'm happy with the experience.
