We had a tree in the back about 50+ ft high with branches that were beginning to cause damage to the brick and roof with the constant rubbing and swacking in windy conditions. I was told it would cost approx. $500 to take out about half the tree. By the end of the job, they had trimmed the tree almost down to the fence-line (which is what I had jokingly asked for in the first place because that was what everyone really wanted) AND trimmed a second tree near the property line. They removed all debris and left us with a brighter backyard and only minimal raking needed to clean up the smallest bits of tree left behind.

I called them to tell them how unhappy I was with their tactics but they said they changed the way they operate and they sent me a letter where I was supposed to call them to cancel auto renewal. They don't stop harassing me now for the payment of an unsolicited service that I didn't request this year. These are fraudulent tactics.
