We called SafeAire to come out and look at a washing machine faucet that was leaking at my mother's home. They gave us an estimate of $918. I told them that was way too high. They sent me a $95 invoice for a service call. We called another local plumber and they told us how to stop the leaking over the phone at no charge. The repair took 2 minutes. read more

This company is very difficult to work with. I've asked them repeatedly to send me information explaining why I was charged twice for a $450 line set, which they never sent me. INSTEAD, they sent the unpaid "debt" to a debt collector of who I just spend an hour of my precious time talking to about the discrepancy. Thanks Safeair!!!! read more

Being recent transplants to the area, we didn't have the benefit of long term acquaintances so when our air unit went out, we made some calls and solicited 3 bids. The first was cheaper, but the person was less than friendly at times and offered little in comfort that our future would be bright. The third was the highest, but offered a wealth of flowery conversation along with a 75% higher price point. Danny at SafeAire was both price competitive and we made a solid connection after speaking on the phone and corresponding thru e'mail. Exceptionally friendly, but very ''real'' with zero contrived sales statements. Being a salesman myself, I appreciate honesty and direct information. The price was only slightly more than the lowest bid but my comfort zone toward future needs was instantly put to rest. The Trane unit they installed is by far the quietest outside air unit I've ever been around. You can barely tell it's on and it seems to be a beast of a unit. Not only did they provide great service during the install, when he realized that we were actually without any cooling, [absent us even asking] he sent one of his team to bring us a temporary window unit to supplement our little fixer upper at the lake taking the edge off till our unit arrived a couple days later. Kindness along with customer service. A couple months after the install, we inquired about a revisit to double check as it seemed we were using a bit more power than necessary. His guys came out, found something that was easily remedied, did the repair, and were off to the races in no time. AND, they have great personalities which makes them a pleasure to have in/around your home. If you're in need of a new unit or service, these guys should be at the top of your list.
