If I could put zero stars I would, don't switch to this liberty mutual car/Home insurance company, they are the worst insurance company I have ever seen or even heard about at all myself. They literally messed up everything they had touched themselves. The company or employees do not care at all and don't want to do their own jobs or even know how to at all it seems. I switched from state farm insurance and i had zero issues with them ever and will be going back to them asap from this bullshit here. I switched to theses clowns to save $60 a month from me going threw a divorce process myself, well they screwed me as much as they possibly could then. My policy was supposed to be $700 a hr for my house, they screwed up my home address and tried blaming me for it ,like i don't know where i live,lol. Stupid. They didn't notify me at all,as they sent one of their appraisal people or inspectors to the wrong house and found all the information that i gave them was all wrong, so instead of calling me or checking at all with anything, this company just went ahead without any of me signing and changed my whole home policy and everything and took $2300 out of my home escrow account 2 different times before i caught what they was doing then,(stealing/theft ) they can't just take whatever they want from your own accounts like that, but they did and then they wouldn't listen or refused to give me my money back at all for the over charged on them getting my house all wrong ,then they charge me again $2300 when they didn't delete anything from their own wrong policy information and didn't pay the bill for my own new home policy that i fixed by calling in then. Then they returned finally the $2300 last money they stole from me and then sent me a cancelation notice that i didn't pay them.lol. again they just stupid. Then they must of had a bitch inspector come to my house that doesn't know shit, and said that I have dents in my old aluminum siding,and my gutters are full of snow??? And I have multiple trees over hanging my home structure. Lol. All false and completely wrong. I've been updating this house since i bought it in 2006, i got insurance just fine in 2006 and it looked worse then. Lol. But i guess since my home doesn't "Look" new or "Look" pretty, I can't then at all have a home policy with them at all and they canceled my own home policy then..... Really??? I live next to a ally in town with a tree row or wind block down the ally, I have some small tree branches (that all) that come across the roof of the house, no leaning tree's at all, it just been snowing, so the gutters are full of snow, and there's literally nothing wrong at all with my home structural at all, but I'm just not good enough to be their own client I guess.lol. wow... worst insurance company I have ever dealt with at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone inless you like getting your own money stolen, and time completely wasted also and I really bet that they won't actually do what their own insurance policys say at all, because they are liers as far as I can see. It's not worth the money to switch to these fool's at all. I will be going right back to state farm even if i have to pay more, service matters to me and safeco, this liberty mutual company, don't seem to care at all, just another greedy company... read more
