Unfortunately we had a couple of setbacks with PG&E setting the schedules for the work and inspection and so the work was slowed down and there were some other hiccups. We had a recent break-in at our business which was "supposedly" protected by Matson Alarm. Come to find out that they hadn't been receiving signal from our equipment "for quite some time." They couldn't tell me when the last time they received signal was, nor did they ever reach out to check. Yet they continue to collect my monthly service fee!!!! We never had a rep come out when they were purchased by another company, nor has anyone ever reached out to even see if we should upgrade. We have had service since 2018! We've switched to Brinx, got all new equipment, an app to set and track the alarm and the monthly fee is the same!

One of the same reps even started talking to my ring camera about promotions. It was so bazar! We asked them not to solicit, but they would not listen. Then more people showed up at my front door and they're very rude and very pushy. I will never use them again. I feel like they have crossed a line. We needed a system that allowed us to capture our products we had sitting out on our yard at night because we had people coming at night stealing our custom bags. Paul and his team came in and installed six infrared cameras onto the light poles and building perimeter. They also set it up so we could see the cameras using our phones which allowed us to monitor our products overnight when the facility was closed.
