They could have easily overcharged me and I would have know no idea, they knew that. But instead they helped me and my budget. I also used to live next to a guy that works at Bills. Well one of my old cars was sitting outside on the side of the garage and had the tires stolen off of it. My neighbor grabbed some old tires from Bills and put them on my car, free of charge. I came in at 1 o'clock, and left at 2:06. They have a nice waiting area, with a TV playing, a couch, and a couple other chairs. They also offered me drinks and snacks from a small fridge inside while I wait. They seem to stay pretty busy-- there were employees coming in and out with different cars throughout the area I was there. The customer service was great, and fast. Overall charge for an oil change was about $70, and they did recommend two other changes for my vehicle based on wear and tear (instructing me to call back if I would like to proceed with these, since they would need to order additional parts). I just moved to town, and many of my connections go here. It was great experience, and I plan to come back anytime I need an oil change!
