When they closed that office and consolidated in the West Ave location I stayed because of the staff. She was good and very friendly but not like the staff at West Ave. We have so many vehicles and drivers in my family I get confused, not so for Joe, Dora, Joey, and Francis. They always know exactly what I need and make sure I'm taken care of. They have always been friendly and gone out of their way to accomodate my needs no matter how long it takes. They shop for us and make sure we're getting the best rate available. I've seen Dora multi-task with effeciency and a smile for all, pretty amazing if you ask me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In January they'll start preparing taxes for customers as well. Another thing from now until Feb 5th they are participating in a co-op of small business owners, connected to Revive America Today, who are giving away a free iPad to one deserving customer. Call them and find out how you can get your entry form (and what other businesses you can go to where you can get more entry forms so you can enter the contest more than once.

I first came here years ago just cause it was in a shopping center I was familiar with. They were awesome back then and are still awesome now. I got tired of paying freaking crazy auto insurance prices and thought I'd try them again. I'm glad I did. I got an awesome deal in the long run. I did have some questions which they helped me troubled about but in going and talking to them it was all squared away. They have an online sign up which is nice. Probably better for full coverage than other options but be aware you need to have proof of insurance before switching to get a better rate. They can deal with accident history's but for anything more than liability you might want to shop more. They will do their best to work with you though. It's a personal feel coming here and they have been in the business for a while so they know their stuff. If your shopping for auto insurance or want to see about a low rate give them a chance. The light good vibes here is alright with me.
