It was a complicated job because our window was initially installed in a very unorthodox manner, and the nature of this job meant very high risk of damage being caused. However, Gary demonstrated excellent skill and experience and was able to ensure removal of the frame from the outside, and in doing so, managing to negate any damage as a result. Prompt and reliable service and wouldn't hesitate to use again!

It was quite easy to use their website and get a quote but there was a lot of terms and conditions so it nearly put me off. They followed up the quote to see if we was happy with the price and we booked a survey. This got delayed and so did the fitting but only by a few days and the men were nice and polite. I asked the first man to come back and check the doors as they were a bit stiff and made a sqweak and they had to be adjusted twice but now they are perfect. It's a shame about these little annoyances or I'd of given them a higher score.
