Horrible communications between pharmacist and customer. I had a prescription that was unavailable…read morewhen ordered by my physician, and selected the option of picking it up at a later date. When I went in to pick it up, the complete 90 day supply wasn't available, so I opted to wait for a 30 day supply. The pharmacist did not inform me that I needed to get back in the "pick up" line. I waited for thirty minutes...understanding the staff was busy. There was no notice of any type...no text, no email....hell, I was standing right there and someone could have said something. This apparent new process relies entirely on kiosks and automated notifications...there is no such thing as common sense or courtesy anymore.

When I got there today at 5pm - a time when there would normally be a looong and slow-moving line - there was no line at all. I checked in on the electronic device, and in no time I was brought my prescription. What an improvement! I am thrilled. .

Wrong RX: I picked up a new RX for our dog last week. It was supposed to be extended release, but something looked off. I asked the pharmacist, she said no dismissively, and continued checking me out. I took a better look at the package when I got home and googled the names of the RX. This wasn't the right RX! I reached out to our vet who sent me the original script, which clearly said extended release. I went back today with the original script and the RX and they confirmed they had given me the wrong RX, refunded me with a gift card, then filled the correct RX. They agreed it was incredibly dangerous for pharmacists to give out the wrong RXes and negligent of that pharmacist and no one else to catch what could have been a really awful, more complicated issue. Not reaching out to doctor re: RX: My birth control was showing up as not covered by insurance. I sent a message through the app to ask what was wrong and spoke to someone, who assured me they would reach out to my doctor. I checked the app a few more times and nothing changed, then got an awful, painful period which required pain meds to manage daily life (and why I'm on this RX!). I sent another message yesterday to find out what the status was and explain I need the RX. Michael called back and when I explained my problem - and why I was frustrated - proceeded to spend several minutes lecturing me on respect, it's a Monday morning, he didn't need to tolerate this, and on and on. He was angry, repetitive, and just kept going. I asked if he was done, explained again I had been waiting for follow up and had to call to do that since I had heard nothing and already spent one cycle in pain. He explained they reached out to my doctor and heard nothing, and weren't obligated to update me when they hadn't heard. I said I would call them and find out what's up. After 3 calls with my doctor in 24 hours, they've confirmed several ways this CVS DID NOT reach out in any way or at any time regarding: my RX. I explained the situation to the nurse and she resolved it within 24 hours. She also confirmed with their answering service and electronic records that CVS hadn't reached out in any way. I reported both of these examples of negligence to Dawit, who I spoke to today. He agreed both were unacceptable and shouldn't have happened, in addition to noting Michael is new and unprofessional. I am going to find another pharmacy again, but want to urge others to 1) check your RXs to make sure you get the right meds, 2) follow up when you don't hear back bc they don't call doctors re: RXs, and 3) avoid Michael for his unprofessionalism! They will really hurt more people in this pharmacy continues to operate so negligently and dangerously, with no regard or care for the patients they purport to help!

This is my review for two fantastic sale representatives in Walmart on Georgia Ave. , named Robeil…read moreand Siyda ( I hope I spelled their name correctly) They both showed great customer service skills, were polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and walk out of Walmart as a happy customer. Robeil is working at the electronics department and Siyda was on the floor organizing it and making sure all is in the pristine condition. KUDOS to both. Walmart you got two great employees , I hope you recognize them for their good work. Walmart itself, that is another story.

Many employees either don't wear name badges or intentionally flip them backward to hide their names, which makes it impossible to identify anyone for feedback or complaints. I had an issue with a cashier who refused to give me a paper bag I had already paid for. When I politely asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager--without providing a name or any way to verify her identity. She was also wearing a mask, making it even harder to recognize or describe her. When I asked for her name to file a formal complaint, she refused and instead called security to escort me out of the store. Another employee even took my items away, and the whole situation felt more like an organized effort to cover for each other than proper customer service. I want to emphasize that I did not curse, steal, or disrespect anyone--yet I was treated as if I were a criminal. This location seriously needs attention from corporate. No customer should be treated like this. It's disappointing, unprofessional, and honestly a little scary.

New Hampshire med supply store is starting to become my least favorite store my doctor ordered me a…read moremedical back support and it was the wrong size that they sent me I called them the same day that I received my order and told them that it was the wrong size the agent told me that my insurance was already billed and I had to wait until they investigated my order with the person who did it because she said that was the size I ordered when it wasn't I told her that the phone calls are recorded listen to that and you would hear the conversation that I had with the agent I then asked her what was the problem with me coming to exchange it out for the correct size and she told me that I have to wait for the store manager to call me back let's just say that I still haven't heard back from anyone this is the second time that I had a order issue with this supply store and th communication with them is terrible because they don't call back you have to keep calling them to get your problem resolved and corrected

The store was filthy, completely unstocked, and the staff were incredibly rude. The cashier didn't even bother to bag our groceries--we had to do it ourselves. To make matters worse, we were approached inside by someone asking us to buy them medication, which felt completely unsafe. Avoid this location at all costs.
