He knew exactly what pressure points to press to release the tension and pain in my muscles and joints. His massage also focused on stretching your muscles, which was much needed in my case. I don't stretch much so it was good for him to focus on this. The massage itself was great, and I feel so much lighter now. I loved the neck and head massage towards the end. That was so good!
