Always outstandingly friendly customer service at this black-owned business, from the security officer at the front door to the budtenders/cashiers. The friend whom I brought along (a fellow OMMA cardholder) didn't get her first time freebies, but I acknowledge that maybe that's not a terrible thing. (Lord knows that girl already has more weed on hand than Carter has Little Liver Pills. Furthermore, the omission of swag nust have been a slight oversight on the very nice budtender's part -- nothing more.) The quality of their product isnt nearly good enough to excuse their behavior and they will refuse to refund you if the items you receive are defective. On top of the poor business practice Ive had multiple friends apply to work here out of desperation for a job and they all received a malware .Msi file disguised as a document file. It installed a surveillance based client to their computers and when we alerted the store owner he laughed it off and belittled them, I would NEVER recommend this company after this especially considering they are selling things you put in your body.
