Dog friendly, they have dog stations around the property so you can clean up after your pooch. Clean, we haven't had any bug issues minus your occasional live in spider. Denise, who manages the complex is awesome. She's friendly, and really cares about this place. We have our own washer and dryer and our own patio. There is a nice clean pool, and a small park for the kiddos. Maintenance is great too, just a real friendly community to live in!!

I was dragging my feet the whole time thinking I don't wanna go back to living in an apartment. But this has been the best smoothest transition for us and the people here are lovely. I saw somebody comment about the noise because it is right next to the airport and I just want to say we live in the building at the far back of the complex closest to the airport. I have never heard a plane unless I'm outside walking our dogs. When I'm in the apartment, I have never heard the people above me or next to me. These are so well-made I have never lived in a apartment where I didn't constantly hear noise. We just did a short term rental because we were planning to buy a home and get out of the apartment as soon as possible. But we like it so much we may be renewing our lease. I have upstairs neighbors from hell that i constantly have to report for stomping screaming and slamming stuff all the time. I no longer am able to sleep through the night because of the constant banging. Toilets being flushed that sounds like a tsunami coming through my ceiling. 3 children in a very NOT soundproofed UPSTAIRS apartment is just insane to me. I have zero peace here I absolutely hate it. I've tried asking them politely to be quiet I've reported them 8 times in total and it helps for a week or so then right back to elephant land. I've asked to be moved to a different apartment which ofcourse comes with a billion fees. October cannot come fast enough. I'm exhausted of reporting them clearly it's just not helping and I'm exhausted of not sleeping. If for whatever reason you are possessed to move in here I HIGHLY recommend an upstairs apartment.

We get 10 day notices about everything, including the bicycles, being on the balcony or the bicycles being in the breezeway outside chained up. There's only one car that is allowed to park in the property per family. They have threatened to tow my car on numerous occasions. The late fee for Rent is $25 a day so if you're eight days late that's an extra $200 that you gotta come up. I would suggest to people who ask about these apartments, to live in your car and save more money to move into a decent place instead of renting one of these apartments. They are not worth the amount that they charge for rent, and the office staff is snobby and rude.
