First time here for a weekday lunch. I got Bún Nắm. The fish flavor was good. Not too sweet as other restaurant. Can definitely taste the fish sauce. They have fish cake stuffed in jalapeño instead of eggplants, which can be a little spicy. Not bad at all and I would come back. However, I still this can't top Bún Nắm at Ốc &lẩu. Plenty of seatings inside. Right next to Asian garden mall on moran street. Might not have parking as guests from Asian garden mall often park there. Would come back to try other items.

I love the outdoor seating ! Bring your pooch and family to enjoy some good food in Little Saigon.

Service was great and the people are nice but the food is just okay. Restaurant is not the cleanest and my crab and pork egg rolls came out raw.. they brought out a new one for me. While the restaurant is clearly popular, the food didn't live up to the hype, unfortunately.

The Bún Mắm Trà Vinh was very well balanced between savory, sweetness, and full of umami flavors. It has all the right ingredients, although the fresh herbs accompaniment lacks some herbs. Friendly service staffs. The place is clean and bright with lots of seating space. Parking however, will be hard, especially during weekends and holidays. So plan accordingly. The menu offers other dishes as well and I will try them at another time.

I came here for the yummy drinks especially the tamarind with peanuts!

Avocado smoothies, the tamarind with peanuts refreshments and the creamy coffees are my favorites. Will come back for the food! Next to Asian garden mall, plenty of parking . Turn in the street before Asian garden mall by lees on the other side.

Saw this place from one of the well known Vietnamese influencers so we decided to try it since it has the fish fermented soup with vermicelli(Bún mǎm) and the famous Bánh tǎm bì. We also ordered crab tomatoes soup and the crab and minced pork egg rolls. The crab and minced pork egg rolls were good. Wrapped in large lettuce leaves and varieties of mints with fish sauce. The house special Bánh tam bi is unique to the middle area of Vietnamese cuisine. In a tray, it has Vermicelli, bean sprouts with cucumbers and strips of pork and special noodles. Served with coconut milk and fish sauce. Mix it all together and enjoy. Not sure how to describe the flavor but it was different. The two noodle soups were just a meh! The special egg rolls was a saving grace to our lunch. Services were attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a very nice outdoor dinning area. Feels like you are back in Sai Gon city.

Great Bun Mam from Can Tho province of Vietnam. A delicious delicacy full of flavorful umami goodness is known as Bun Mama or stinky fish soup noodles with fresh local herbs and spices from that region of Vietnam. Beware it's highly recommended and quite addictive once you've tried Bun Mama stinky soup with fish and squid. Everything is good here too and always made to order. No microwave needed. A quiet garden next to the fire station. Enjoy the evening and get your hands on some delicious Bun Mama today.

Visited this restaurant for the first time after watching some YouTubers dining here. Thought I would try something different this time: the noodles soup with baby squid. It was surprisingly very good. They served in a big bowl and the squids were so tender. There was some ground pork and a quail egg. Broth was also very good and you can tell it was made with bones and not some pre-made soup powder. The restaurant is fairly large but kind of dated. But I came for good foods so it didn't bother me. Business appears to be owned by a small family with the parents and their son. Service was quick and the boy was respectful. Will be back soon with my family.

Dined in single person - Welcomed upon entering - Output time - Under 5 minutes Bun Rieu 5/5 You get cha lua and fried fish cake. Blood cube was perfect in texture and plenty of oc. Broth is perfect and plated herbs were fresh! Would recommend as prices are fair!

Well, we came here to try out this restaurant, cuz reviewers has been saying bun mam and bun dau mam tom is really good. Today can't by and ordered right away this 2 dishes. I had bun mam. Very flavorful not bad to my taste. My husband had bun dau mam tom. He said it's ok. But the service was very slow. Food came out to slow.

Walking into the shop, you're greeted with a dark gray concrete vibe with plenty of matching decor. They've got some multiroaster vibes too, which means they're slinging beans like Dak, La Cabra, and more! Robusta and Arabica heads can both rejoice! They've also got a nice little patio to just rest and relax at while you enjoy your drinks. I've had a few pretty deep conversations coming out of this place. Okay, even though I did come to a coffee shop, I did end up getting a hojicha latte that was roasty, nutty, and delicious alongside the vanilla notes that they add. Great choice for some of you who don't do so well with caffeine. It's easy to drink, and thoughtfully prepared! I got something a little different. It was a strawberry co-ferment espresso in a cappuccino ratio. You could really taste that strawberry come through, and having it hot and with milk was a perfect choice. Fruity, complex, and funky! Love to see places serving co-ferments. I don't think it's over-played in specialty coffee, and I do appreciate having the option! And, I didn't get it today, but getting a fancy pour-over at this spot really hits. If you coffee sweats like the fun stuff, you'll have plenty of that here! The workers are really nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I tried their Earl Grey Matcha Latte, and it's honestly one of the best I've had. Not many places offer this combination, so whenever I see it on a menu, I have to try it. What I really liked about this one is how well balanced it is. The earl grey is light enough that it doesn't overpower the matcha, so you can actually taste both flavors clearly without one taking over the other. The Hojicha Vanilla Cream Latte was also really good. The cream on top was silky, smooth, and rich, adding a nice layer of sweetness that paired well with the roasted, nutty flavor of the hojicha. It made the drink feel really comforting and well put together.

I have this belief that if a bakery has a perfect chocolate chip cookie, everything else is great. My definition of a chocolate chip cookie has to have a crunchy outside, a good balance and amount of dark and milk chocolate chips , perfect sweetness level with the perfect ratio of brown to white sugar for sweetness and chewiness and the obvious soft and gooey center. Paderias is a 9 out of 10 for me and it never disappoints. My 2nd fav is their triple chocolate. Those two are hands down my all time picks. Ordering is done through iPads which is simple to navigate. You have to come early to snag their items because they do sell out rather quickly esp on the weekends. There are so many options to choose from between the drinks and food, and honestly, I'm not mad about it. Between my partner and me (we ordered a lot), we got the London Fog Matcha, Banana Matcha, Popcorn Chicken, Longanisa Burrito, and a Corn Cheese Cookie. Keeping it simple: everything was absolutely delicious. As of the date of this review, this is the best Earl Grey Matcha I've had. It was perfectly balanced between the floral Earl Grey notes and the grassiness of the matcha. The Longanisa Burrito was hearty and came served with Kei Concept's aji verde sauce. Lastly, I have to call out their Corn Cheese Cookie. It had such a great balance of savory and sweet, and I'm genuinely going to try my best to recreate this at home since I'm in the Bay Area and won't have easy access to it anymore :(. Nep is known for their Banh Mi Chao, which is kind of like Bo Ne but with an "everything but the kitchen sink" vibe. I definitely recommend first-time visitors try this dish since it is really what makes them stand out. The tenderness of the beef mixes so well with the sauce, tomatoes, and pâté, while the banh mi acts as the perfect dipping vessel that ties everything together. Besides the Banh Mi Chao, there are so many other dishes that are equally mouthwatering, such as their Crab Toast (with a generous amount of crab and a creamy mouthfeel) and their new steamed egg dish with pork floss (a salty flavor balanced with custardy egg).
