This is one of my favorite spots in Fort Collins specifically for a few of their options. Their pho is fantastic. I'll usually come here when I'm craving pho. It's served with all of the toppings (plenty of bean sprouts, fresh jalapeños, Thai basil, and lime). The broth is flavorful. They have small, medium, and large serving sizes, but even the small is a generous portion. I usually get the steak pho. I've also ordered the steak pho as a to-go meal and they package everything perfectly so you can assemble your pho at home with the steak not being overcooked. They also provide hoisin sauce and sriracha with your to-go meal. Absolute perfection :) Another favorite is the combo noodle bowl with tofu. The tofu seems to be grilled and is one of the best tofu dishes I've found in FoCo. It's served with vermicelli noodles, plenty of fresh ingredients like cilantro, cucumbers, and carrots. They also serve their house fish sauce to drizzle over the noodle bowl. The combo noodle bowl includes an egg roll that's perfectly crispy and flavorful. I also recommend the banh mi with pho broth; One of the best soup and sandwich combos. The banh mi is big so I've usually eaten about half and saved the second half for a later meal. It's absolutely delicious with the fresh jalapeños, cilantro, and pickled vegetables which lighten up the sandwich. The service here is always great. I've always been seated right away and the servers are attentive, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating, but only indoor seating is available. The vibe here is pretty casual and there's not much that stands out about it, but the food is great and the space is pretty chill so it's a great place to meet with friends and/or co-workers. read more

I came for dinner before a concert thinking I had plenty of time. We were headed to a concert nearby and arrived at the restaurant an hour and a half before we needed to be at the concert hall. I easily found a spot in the parking lot and my son and I were welcomed in and seated. We ordered our beverages, Fanta for him and hot jasmine tea for me. We ordered our food at the same time as our beverages. Unfortunately for us, there were two large tables that had just put in their orders. I understand that would make it busy in the kitchen. It took 25 minutes for our beverages to come and then another 40 minutes for our food to come out, so I asked for to go boxes and the check when the food came. We ate some of our dinner then packed the rest to have later so we would make it to the concert on time. We both got drunken noodles. My son got his with chicken, mild and I got mine with shrimp, spicy. They were delicious. I appreciate that we could just walk up to the register when it was time to check out so that we could speed on our way. I had a really disappointing experience tonight at Saigon Grill. I ordered a large combination pho and clearly asked for no tripe since I don't like the texture. When my soup arrived, I started mixing in my hoisin and Sriracha and immediately found pieces of tripe in the bowl. I let the server know, and she took it back and said she would bring a new one. While waiting, I walked past the kitchen and saw staff picking items out of a bowl, which made me concerned they weren't actually remaking the dish. When the soup came back, it was placed on the table pretty abruptly. I gave it another try--and unfortunately found more tripe mixed in with the noodles. At that point, I lost confidence in how the food was being handled. I paid and left without finishing my meal. Saigon Grill is a hidden gem in Fort Collins. Hands down it has the best Vietnamese food in town. My family and I have been coming here regularly for over 6 years. In that time we have tried many dishes on the menu. My personal favorite is the vermicelli noodle bowls, while my wife loves the Banh Mi sandwiches. Of course their signature Pho is authentic and delicious. My daughter is vegan and she has always found many vegan dishes that she enjoyed. I have always found the service to be fast and friendly, and the dining room alway clean with a great ambience. I first are here when staying at an AirBnB close by and on several occasions we ordered our food to go. Each and every time the food was ready in 15 minutes and when we got it home everything was still hot and packaged well to-go. I meant to update my review 3 months ago but here it is: I've always really liked to eat here. I would eat here alot at the old location as well with my family. I like everything I've ever had here but I especially the pad thai and drunken noodle. I came in today because I just got a couple of emails with coupons for 15% off and then a free thai tea. I assumed I could just use them both, but apparently not. I used the 15% off at least. I'm not even gonna bother coming in again for a free thai tea. Visiting from Dallas and our family is Viet and Thai and found this family owned restaurant to be very nice, clean, and great food. We had the pho, pork egg rolls, and drunken noodles. All very good. Soup was flavorful and brisket was soft and tender. Eggs rolls super crispy! Drunken noodle had a little bit on the sweeter side taste but still good! This place is !!!! Our server was GREAT! They definitely know how to bring THE FLAVOR! Hubby has pho, I had an amazing noodle bowl. I used EVERY drop of house made fish sauce! As Fort Collins has a dwindling Pho restaurant scene, Saigon is one of two. Today I have them a "2nd chance" hoping they realize the market and need for good Pho. Unfortunately, they didn't perform. I ordered the large combo. Sadly, the broth has nearly no flavor outside that of grease and fat. The entire top layer of the soup is covered in a very thick layer of oil/grease. There's no flavor to the broth and the noodles had been overcooked to the point of being mush inside your mouth. I couldn't finish it. Service is pretty meh, as it's a very informal and if it's slightly busy you're on your own. It's pretty unfortunate that they aren't capitalizing on the lack of pho, to make amazing pho. Food was great but the service was so bad. Me and the lady went it sicker than dogs looking for some pho and it's magical healing powers. We sat for a about 15 and the gal didn't take our drink order or anything, the food took a while too. I'd say this place and Young's are probably the two best spots in town for pho. While the food is spot on with its flavor, the service is really hit or miss. The last three times have consisted of: wrong broth, cold broth, and 40 minutes before we got our food leading to my wife's dish getting cold. But again, good flavors. As a dim sum lover, I searched for good dim sum places all over my area (NoCo) non-stop. Not sure why this place never came up, however, it did last week and so I went :) Its name threw me off, as it's Vietnamese. Dim sum doesn't seem fit with other menu items, I didn't care, I still wanted to try whatever they have to offer. From Yelp, and some other online reviews, led me to believe this place have a full dim sum menu. This was the case until 6 months ago... One of the staff informed me that they took down the dim sum menu as it wasn't the best selling and stuff would go bad and they had to toss it. However, they still have several items on their appetizers section (steamed shrimp dumpling - Ha Gaw, steamed pork dumplings - steamed pot stickers, BBQ pork bao buns, custard bao buns). We order shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings (steamed), and a medium Pho bowl with rare steak and brisket. They were very good, dumplings came with dipping sauce and fried chili. Medium Pho was more than enough to fill 2 people, very generous amount of beef and sides (bean sprouts, fresh basil, sliced jalapenos, lime wedges). Staff were very nice and attentive, the place was clean and our water got refills multiple times without asking. I haven't been in about 4-5 months and when I came back, just wow, idk what happened but if the employees are miserable at work, it creates a terrible experience for the customer to have to deal with... I placed an order over the phone, was told 15 but instead took about 45, really don't care there. What really sucked was the attitude, and not even towards me, I get it if you have a bad day and just don't want to be there, I've been there, but the moment I walked to the counter it was just cold and harsh, like I was a bother to come into a restaurant and order food. I didn't even want to tip, for me that's fkn hard. Still tipped for some reason and it wasn't even just to me, other customers walking in to pick up their orders were met with cold words, no have a good day, barely any care in the world. They just threw my food on the counter and walked away, I get it if someone pisses you off but as a decent customer who puts a smile on their face even when they don't want to, like any normal human being trying to get through life, that was just bullshit that I had to sit there and watch so many other people get treated the exact same way as me. Pho is the perfect meal for hangovers and cold weather. I didn't have a hangover, but it was snowy and freezing on the day my friends and I visited Saigon Grill III. It seemed to be one of the top Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants in this part of Fort Collins, and the options on the menu proved that to be the case. Though I knew I wanted pho, I couldn't resist ordering dim sum on the side. My biggest weakness is siu mai. My friends got char siu bao. Both were delicious, so next time I'm going all-out on the dim sum. The pho was good too, with balanced proportions of noodles to meat. Service was great. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere is very nice and I like how you can see the bar in the kitchen at the same time. They have Sriracha in hoisin on every table, which is very nice because you do not have to ask for it. This is the only spot in Fort Collins that serves Dim Sum (Cantonese style brunch) you got that right. A full fledge Cantonese cuisine that I grew up in is now available at Saigon Grill 3 in Foco! I really enjoyed everything that I ordered today. The taste is very authentic and comparable to what you'd expect in chinatowns all over the nation. It's an experience you must try! If you're a newbie to dim sum, maybe order the shumai to start, it's like a big giant meatball. I'd then order the shrimp dumpling also known as 'har gow', a really delicious must try is the lotus wraps. They are a personal favorite of mine. I always grew up having some green veggies during dim sum so the green veggies are a great way to cleanse your palette in between different items and also a great way to get in your fiber. it's healthy for you ! Well I wasn't pleased at the service at all. We ordered by phone for pick up it that took 20 minutes on hold and then informed it would be 45 minutes. Once there it took us another 15 minutes before we had to ask is our order ready. We were waiting for our food another 10 minutes. I ordered the large pho and medium which should've been in two different sizes containers. She stated no one was an inch more in container to make it a large. So that's$1.50 an inch? I'm not impressed with the service or portion control. I understand they were busy but one person was doing all the jobs. Zero stars for service. In spite of this being a mom and pop restaurant I have to give them one star. I get that it's just them, just enough people to run the shop. Still, with 5-6 tables waiting a full 20 minutes for refresher beverages seems off. At 35 minutes we got our fried dumplings app, they were ok. At 50 minutes we got our mains, fried rice and chicken stir fry. I'm sorry to say both were really not good - I think hastily undercooked. The fried rice had multiple bites tasting like they had clumps of salt or msg or something? The stir fry had too much fish sauce so that the whole thing was quite fishy tasting, and again veggies and chicken were undercooked. All this for more than $60. We still tipped well and wish them well - but never again. read more
