My friends got the pho (with meat) and loved it, and a lemongrass pork banh mi that they said was terrific. And one friend said the iced brewed tea was delicious. Our waitress said that this was due to supply shortage, so I'm hoping that things will go back to the way they were eventually. As things are right now though, literally every single one of my favorite items are gone. We went to this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. The parking lot was under construction, but there were still many spots available. This space was once Pho Brandon, one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants. The decor has changed a bit, and the menu is missing boba teas. But the food is just as good. He loved the variety of meat in the soup (eye round, brisket, tendon, and oxtail). But be warned that a request for a medium-level spicy did provide a kick. I've passed this plaza so many times and I never noticed it here but this place popped up on my TikTok and they talked about how authentic the food was so I had to give it a try. I came here on a Thursday evening for dinner with a friend and the service was so great. The chef's recommended meals - the Beef Bourginion Pho and the Saigon Fat Noodle were so wonderful! The depth of flavors in both is unlike other Pho - and I've had a lot of Pho. Truly worth a visit! I also had the crispy rolls and the fresh rolls, as well as the Vietnamese Coffee. The crispy rolls had an unusual crisp which I liked, and the fresh rolls were like any other. Came here after a strong craving for soup -- I think I was a little under the weather that day. Thankfully hubby drove us all the way here and it was quite a drive for us for just soup but it was sooo worth it. I was thinking about Pho BUT I opted for Banh Canh Toa Cua because I've never had it before (a bowl of chunky udon noods with so much crab meat, and it's NOT the imitation kind). It definitely hit the spot with my soupy craving! I loved how robust the seafood flavor is. Hubby got the Saigon Street platter, which was also pretty good and had a nice variety. We also shared Summer rolls, which were just standard, nothing to brag about. Good service, but we also came on a weekday afternoon so it wasn't too busy. The only major caveat that brings it a star down -- there is NO bathroom. I found that weird and not sure if that's legal. But given it was fairly new when we went, it could be they were in the process of renovating the back. So I'll give that a benefit of the doubt for now. I saw a tiktok about this place and was very excited to try it so I took a group of my friends. The unfortunate reality was that from the moment we were seated, we knew it would be a bad experience. It's not that the service was horrible, it was just nonexistent. We sat for about two hours total. In that time, we saw our server maybe twice. To put this into context, there was only one server working in the entire restaurant which was pretty empty when we sat down but filled up over the time we were there. Every dish that we ordered came out wrong and had to be replaced with the correct one which also contributed to why we stayed for so long. We were not even able to get a single refill of water in our time there. By the time my food came out, I had honestly had enough and did not eat more than two bites so I can not even speak to the quality of the food. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I ordered the vietnamese coffee with sea salt cream and it was probably one of the best coffee drinks I have ever had. We ended up having to go eat somewhere else after sitting for two hours here. The management here needs to reevaluate the clear staffing issue that is present. read more

Prices are where they should be, service was friendly but spotty, it actually looks like only two people are handling traffic. Would like to go back and try other vegan plates. My friend had the curry chicken and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Portions are on the larger side. My vegan pho lacked flavour but adding a sauce brought it back to life. They close at 9pm across the board here as of this writing. Very large and varied menu makes it more interesting than many other Vietnamese restaurant in the area.
