Now, trying to reach customer service is a real pain. Then if you do reach them ( easiest by phone) they still demand you go to their website to fill out a complaint form with mandatory photo request to prove you're telling the truth about your defective item. Still waiting for them to send me my return label soI can return the damn things, BUT, they have yet to email me that. They refuse to pay return postage for their mistake! My advice? It was a great ride and we got to spend quite a bit of time at the falls. Our tour guide, Ross, was fantastic. I'd recommend this tour as a must do.
