The store itself has all the usual facilities - delicatessen, bakery, fish counter, large fruit and vegetable section etc. An opening aisle of non-food products too, cookware, clothes, entertainment and items targeted at tourists, like wetsuits and buckets and spades! This store, because of the fact that its really the only sizeable store in the area and also of the booming tourist trade around Wadebridge, mean that at some points it is painfully busy, particularly during the changeable Cornish weather. Which was cold when it arrived. On reflection I noticed the another Lady operative was going round cleaning tables with one cloth ..no liquid and was wiping all and sundry. Hygiene doesn't seem to matter. Although we shop here every week this is definitely one part of the store we shall keep clear of. Not an experience we shall do again.

It also has a petrol station and as you enter the site there is a drive thru McDonalds. When you shop at Sainsbury's you can collect Reward points that you can then use to buy shopping or various treats that are on offer. I have always found the staff helpful and most of them are very friendly and helpful. If is a good place for local students to get part-time work.
