They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right clothing. Their recommendations were thoughtful, their patience was remarkable, and they made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. It is rare these days to encounter customer service of this caliber. Antonia and Yana demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to help customers. They did not simply assist us--they elevated the entire shopping experience. Management should be very proud to have associates like them representing the store. The staff are something else - I've read in other reviews (on Yelp or otherwise) about similar experiences. Long story short, the refund / exchange policy was not communicated at all on purchase (and there was nothing on display in the store). After a lot of arguing, we finally managed to get a refund on product by cash instead of the original payment method. It's difficult to say who was in the wrong in these circumstances, but it was not appropriate or professional for the staff to have a bad attitude and argue with customers, especially in front of other customers.

After a year of recovery and therapy following a stroke, this was actually my first time going shopping again. My therapist recommended New Balance, and I'm so glad I followed that advice. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and supported. Tafair, who assisted me, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour with me, bringing different styles, explaining their features, and helping me find what would work best for my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions--he was truly professional and caring. I also had the chance to speak with the supervisor, Imran, to share my appreciation. He spoke very highly of Tafair, and it was heartwarming to hear about his journey and goals. It made the experience even more meaningful. Kyram, Mac, and Denzel were also friendly, welcoming, and professional--they all contributed to such a positive atmosphere in the store. The only bad thing was having to wait around 15 minutes just to get into the store but once I was in there I feel that I benefited from this. It was so much calmer than it would have been if they let everyone walk in. I went straight to the shoe department and as soon as I got there I was greeted by Nelson. He was very knowledgeable, patient and really took his time to make sure I was happy. He was not pushy at all and very accommodating. If I'm ever back in Toronto, I'll be sure to look for him.

Some of the large retailers outside include RONA+, Shoppers Drug Mart (with post office), Winners and Dollarama. This may be an older space, but it's always kept neat and clean. Downside I would say is the parking, especially coming off of Main Street -- the parking lot is oddly divided and designed. So just drive slowly and carefully -- watching for openings and pedestrians!
