I went to Amy for my maternity, newborn and 1year pictures. She is absolutely incredible! My maternity session had a few hiccups but Amy handled them like a pro and we got some gorgeous shots that I will treasure forever. My daughters newborn session was calm and although my daughter didn't want to sleep for all of it Amy was able to get incredible pictures out of her. And her 1year shoot was a blast! Amy is a great communicator when it comes to your shoot and your vision. I sent her a ton of ideas and she brought alot of my vision to life. when i got in the studio there was plenty of snacks and water for me. she handled me with care. Her professionalism is top tier. My photography session with Amy was EVERYTHING plus more. I had so much fun shooting I didn't know when the time was up. Amy is hands down the best photographer I've ever worked with. I had to continue getting pictures with her because she's had so many idea's I needed to use. We approached Amy in July 2019 after looking at her website and going through her photo shoots she did recently. we were quite impressed with her photography and despite being pricier over other photographers we found during that time, we decided to go with her. After we met her, we decided to do my wife's pre-maternity and our baby's new born photo shoot and ended up taking a package that covers both the shoots and get 20 pics that includes 10 pics of each photo shoot. we enjoyed our photo-shoot with her and really appreciated the way she understood our requirement and tried to fulfill them. As like others we were asked to shortlist pics so that she can work on it. we confirmed her the images after few days of 1st shoot. she reminded us to make a payment as until then she wont be able to work on them. we understood it completely and told her that i will make whole payment on our next shoot, which we did. we paid everything in full on the day of our 2nd photo shoot and she mentioned we can expect these photo in 2-3 weeks. we receive our first shoot photos by end of August 2019. she mentioned that she is working on new born images and she will share them soon on the same link. After that day, i don't how many times we texted her and called her to get our sons pics but she never responded back to us. we were so shocked to see that she stopped responding to our emails, phone calls and text messages, its so unprofessional of her. we are so frustrated by all this and we never thought we have to suffer this much to get our son's pics for which we already paid in advance. Our son turned 1 year old last week and we still waiting for his new born pics, can you believe it? its been a year. its so ridiculous. when we met her we thought we found a good photographer that we can recommend to others but what happened to us we strongly don't recommend her to anyone. I had my maternity photos taken in May and didn't get them back until after my baby was born in mid July! I wanted an outdoor photo shoot but unfortunately the weather and our schedules didn't allow it. So we decided to do a photo shoot in Amy's studio. Fine, not what I wanted but that's not entirely Amy's fault. After the photo shoot I was told my photos would be back in 4-6 weeks. After that time passed without receiving any photos, I reached out to Amy who was basically giving me the run around. She then tells me she's not in the U.S. and would be sending my photos when she gets back. More time passed and when I tried to reach out to her again asking about my photos, she starts completely ignoring my texts and emails. My husband had to call her a few times and leave her a nasty voicemail, telling her that she needed to give us our pictures or a full refund that night. I was wondering if she accidentally deleted my photos or she never even edited them and that's why she was ignoring me but she wasn't even communicating with me to let me know anything. Finally she tells me, "I emailed you the photos back in June" (which she never did, and if that were true then why wouldn't she just say that when I was texting and emailing her?) She ended up sending me my pictures that night (2 months later). The worst part was she didn't even apologize to me and she acted like she did nothing wrong, and even lied about sending the pictures back in June! I have used Amy in the past for my first child's newborn photos and I really loved her work, so I was so excited to use her again for my maternity shoot. She was so unprofessional after this whole ordeal, only for her to blow me off like that and to this day not even a text or call apologizing is inexcusable!! I was a repeat, paying customer who would of given her more business but I would never recommend her to anyone. read more

Let me first start if by saying Amy does a great job capturing pictures I was very happy with my maternity and newborn shoot.what I wasn't happy about is how everything went about I didn't my maternity shoot sometime in the first week of June I didn't get my pics til the second week of July she never kept me updated about my pics as far as when I will receive them I had to keep txtin her at she will read my txt but dnt replay when I tld her I needed my refund she told me she don't do refund which was fine but if u r not providing me with my pics u needed to give me a refund .she finally sent my pics and never provided me with tracking but I got them .as far as my newborn pics they were done the second week of June I didn't get them til the ending of sept after the pics she tld me she will send me an email to view them two weeks had went by I didn't hear anything I register for her site thinking maybe I can just view my pics and pick what I want not knowing I needed I code form her I contacted her abot the code and she tld he she sent me an email I tld her no u did not if u did I would not contact u abot me viewing them she claim she saw me view them what she saw was me registering for her site but I wasn't able to view nothing a code was not provide for me I kept txt in her after I placed my order she kept ignoring I reached out to PayPal for a refund and that same nite abot two hours later my pics where oh their way to me she wasted no time sending them when I contacted PayPal she even gave them a tracking number then she email me sayin I lied to PayPal abot not recieving my pics how did I lie when I called them before u sent my pics .as a business woman with clients should u not contact ur clients to make sure they got their pics she tld me her phone was stolen which am sure was a lie .overall I loved the pics but she's very unprofessional when she needs the money she will keep txtin u once she gets it then u dnt hear frm her til u contact her .i will no longer be giving her my business as she was very unprofessional read more
