I called the office to report this. Five minutes had not passed before Bob Petrovic returned my call, profusely apologized and promised to have someone out right away. Within 10 minute of that call, a CLE truck was outside my home. Noah, the excellent maintenance service representative who always takes care of my lawns, apologized to me, telling me that this was not a very good day for him. I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then? Noah said that he would not leave until I was completely satisfied with everything. And, satisfied I was, not only with the work, but with the quick, polite and professional response by Bob, Noah and the customer service staff at CLE. My neighbor and I had them remove a very old and HUGE Oak, a HUGE Pine that was close to our house, a Maple and they also trimmed 3 other large trees that were all on both our property lines and needed removed due to the damage they were making. The crew showed up and used both their bucket truck as well as climbed them to cut and trim as well. They did a FANTASTIC job from the start to completion you'd never known they had been here once they finished as they cleaned up every twig and even the sawdust that landed on my Brand New Roof which I was also worried about, and nothing ever even came close to the roof coming down aside from the sawdust!
