Ordered online 12-13-2023 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/22/23. It's now 12/21/2023 I've contacted customer service twice and both times they informed me that the store who has the item has yet to ship. I asked customer service what location it will be fulfilled by customer support provided me the number to this store. Contacted the manager at this location who was extremely rude told. Me he doesn't have time to answer my question hung up in my face. I called back left me in home for 15 min. I asked for his name. ( JOHN Caucasian older fella ) He advised me to call customer service again and that I better never call his store as they don't fulfill orders. I advised him customer service is who gave me his contact info and was given the ok to follow up directly. I asked why the info was conflicting and what would be the best thing to do. He raised his voice and told me to never call his store again and hung up. Keep in mind this is my first purchase from this company which i will never return and spend any money with due to the interaction and inorganization of the company and staff. He should of taken the time to help me through the process and be a bit more welcoming but working retail in xmas sucks and it shows! I was floored by JOHNS reply and outburst. I found several adorable festive pieces with less than 20 minutes of shopping time. That said, the prices were not deeply discounted, but most Off 5ths are not. Typically there are sales on occasion and the clearance racks will have a few bargains if you can stomach the crowded racks of clothing. The store is spacious, organized and carries most brands carried in their regular store. It also has a nice size section with formal wear, party dresses and men Blazers which are especially useful this time of year. As for gadgets and accessories, it has those as well. And there's a huge selection of Shelia's Brownie Brittle which is some of the best junk food ever. Check 'em out! read more

Awful! Please train your employees and managers. I was told they don't do gift receipts because the person at the register didn't want to take the time to do it. And I was also spoken to very rudely and unprofessionally by a "manager" over the phone. Once I was able to speak to someone else at a later time, they assured me they did provide gift receipts (which I had received in the past), it just took an extra step. Probably the most unorganized store I have been in. At least on the men's side, there was no order to anything. The clothes are not sorted at all by size, so you have to check the size on everything. You can't even go to an area where you are close in size. I found some racks that had labels for size such as: small, medium, large......but nothing was the right size. Each Rack my have shirts and pants mixed all together. I had a hard time finding anything in my size, so I left. Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and almost any comparable store I have been to is so much more organized. Very bad management at this store. read more

Another great store for esp Men clothes. Best in Chicagoland area. High end brands like Hugo Boss, Michel Kors and Armando Gzenia are on discount!! Great suit and blazer and ties to chose from. Ladies clothes and shoes have nice discounted selections as well. read more

Horrible experience, teller needs to be fired and management is out of touch. Had to call police because teller got in my face and harassed me and instead of the management defusing the situation they added to the problem leaving me helpless and in need to call the authorities....DO NOT SHOP THERE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. read more
