After two year statute of limitations passes, "Sorry, we are closing your case because its been 2 years and nothing can be done." All damages were paid - bills, expenses, etc. but not one dime more for actual pain and suffering or inconvenience. Talked to a lawyer back a long time ago and was told not worth their time because they have a reputation of being EXTREMELY difficult to deal with. What a joke.
