It is complicated, and laws vary by state, yet a necessary part of planning for the future, especially in these uncertain times. Working with banks differs from bank to bank and she essentially held my hand as the bank staff did not fully grasp the complexities and variations. I have placed 6 calls to them and I am always told that someone will call back. I have yet to receive one call back. I asked to speak to Mr Siegel and no call back from him either. I would not use these guys again. If you decide to use them, make absolutely sure you have everything promised before you make that last payment because you may never receive it.

A friend referred me to an attorney in Delray Beach, a real gentleman, charged me $400. Thats why I gave Siegal 1 star. I'd give him zero if that was an option A Boca Raton resident.
