I was legitimately about to shave my entire head because the amount of people who have worked on my shave made it crooked, accidentally taken more off then I wanted, or just suck in general. Sooooo, I said screw it and walked in here on a slow day. Erica listened to my qualms and told me it was an easy fix. She made my part straight, showed me exactly how much she had to take off, and made sure I was super happy with everything before she touched my hair. She also has long hair and understood how devastated I was to be taking more off. Unfortunately, I am moving and will not be able to see her more than two or three times, but I'm so happy she was able to fix my hair and make me feel confident again!!! This is an easy way to spread bacteria and germs! The same thing happened with my friend- they did not have her wash her hands after prepping for the manicure.
