While my experience started off positively, it ultimately left me disappointed…read more The staff at the store were kind and helpful, assisting me in customizing a Hydrating Body Mist in the cherry almond scent. However, when I used the product for the first time, I experienced a skin reaction. My neck and chest became red and irritated, with a stinging sensation that lasted for several hours. I reached out to Bath Junkie to report the issue and share a photo, and I will say that their customer service team responded promptly. The representative I corresponded with apologized for the situation and advised me to stop using the product immediately. She said their product packaging was accurate. There was no offer to make things right, such as a refund or replacement, nor any apparent takeaway on their end to dispose of (or further test) the cherry or almond scents in my product, or change their labeling. I do have sensitive skin, but I've used a variety of customizable products from other brands (e.g. Buff City Soaps) without issue, and shop at stores like Lush, so this reaction was unexpected. Ultimately, I have to caution others with sensitive skin to be mindful when trying Bath Junkie's products, and do a test patch prior to applying more widely to the skin.

Rinse I'm a big fan of, their products are hand made in Georgia. Not too many stores carry Rinse products so I had to indulge. Spending the day in Carmel and walking around I was not expecting to find a place like this but I'm sure glad I did. A great selection of products was only complimented by a friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist. I saw some products that I've seen before but I saw just as many that I can say I've never seen before. A specialty store done well. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to check out other unique products.

Clay Terrace is an open-air shopping center/mall that I frequent. There are too many to name them all. The ease of convenience is one of the main reasons that I like it. I can run several errands all at once. The overall experience has been positive for me while shopping here. The sales and service representatives are all friendly and helpful, and the center is well-maintained and clean. They even have umbrellas available for use via the honor system, on rainy days. I like that there are high-end options mingled with basic options as well.

Clay Terrace is a really great place to walk and shop... I do wish there were a few more "grab and…read morego" type restaurants other than just Jimmy John's but there are a great handful of sit-down options. Game Stop, Old Navy, Loft, DSW, Dicks and more... all great places to shop. Nice vibe and great pedestrian crosswalks with the lights so cars don't mow you down. I've recently become quite fond of their lip care items. The lip oils and tints are really good quality. On my last visit, I became quite frustrated with the app, rewards and redemption process. I was advised that I was unable to utilize both of my rewards due to some of my items already being on sale. I was okay with that and proceeded with my transaction and the use of one reward/coupon. While leaving the store, I was reviewing the rewards on my app and both were gone. I went back inside to inquire and after a few minutes and no resolution, the clerks advised me to call customer service, speculating that the reward or coupon must have expired. I found it odd that it was there prior to my visit, there during my visit and gone after checking out. The discount was not reflected on the receipt because I checked that as well.
