No machine was used other than a steam machine, when I asked I was told that they only use natural things as in hands. I booked to have a one hour secession the facial lasted forty five minutes. Also whilst I was in the facial room I could not relax as all I could hear was loud conversation and guffawing from the hair dressing section. It would have helped to have some relaxing music. I will not be using this salon again.
