Horrible customer service. I asked if she could call the insurance since I know the insurance was valid. She said "We don't do that.". Horrible answer to give a billing manager from a medical company. She stuck to her guns and would not do the work though. Upon calling myself I found it was a bogus denial and the medication is only covered through medical benefit. One simply call would have resolved the issue not to mention this medication is covered through government assistance for the pandemic as well. Won't be back anytime soon.
