The first time I went in and was trying to locate something I got out another Sephora store, but the person working said she was new and wasn't sure of where anything was or what was carried in store. The next time around, I was helped by a lovely employed by the name of Patti. Unfortunately, Patty just started her shift and as she was helping me found that many things were unorganized, not where they were supposed to be, and many products I wanted to purchase were out of stock or located where it they should be.
