If you are looking to have a real estate agent you can easily get ahold of, this is not the one…read more Recently moved to crystal river, found a house and gave her a call. When she answered we stated who we were and what house we were interested in, asked for some info on the house which she replied a rudely "what info do you wanna know", I might not be an agent myself but from my understandings it's her job to sell the house, and from the first convo we had with her she seemed rude from the start. We brushed that off because we really liked the house, we got the info and discussed between our selves whether we want to continue to seek this property, which after discussion we did. Our first convo with her was on a Wednesday afternoon, which came to be our last. The next day we tried to reach out to her, no call back. We left a voice mail with our call back info, she never returned our call. Tried reaching out to her through email, no reply. Tried requesting an application through zillow, where we found the property, no reply. Even contacted the realty office where she was not in office at the time, left a message with another agent and he said he would tell her and to expect a call back later on in the day, also no reply. Tried reaching out literally every single day up til the following Monday, called multiple times a day and left multiple voice mails... now it's going on Tuesday and still no reply. I thought agents were supposed to have the phone glued to their hip in case a call came in for a property that they were over, well seems she lost hers. I'm not the complainer type, but just felt it was unprofessional of her to not return calls and emails at the least. Property has been on the market for over 20 days, and the way she handles her clients it probably will stay listed for a while!!

Unless your wanting to purchase a home that you want to feel bitter about, you'll NOT want to use…read morethis Realtor. Sally, The Manager/ Realtor/Broker handled the sale of my home... and I am bitter at what transpired. The sale of this home would not have been completed if the Realtor Sally Cure had performed in an appropriate method representing the buyer, (me). Two attempts were recognized by the buyer (me) that the seller was attempting to removed "Attached" items of the property. Both attempts were brought to the attention of the realtor, immediately. On the first attempt, the Realtor, Sally Cure indicated to the buyer (me) the situation was resolved after a discussion with the seller and a concession of the Realtor Sally Cure to purchase a chandelier mounted in the dining room, then leaving that chandelier attached to the home for the buyer. The realtor also had indicated she had a discussion with the seller that he could not sell or remove "attached" items of the home, specifying curtains and other items. The Realtor, Sally Cure, indicated she instructed the seller, items attached to the home had to stay with the home, and made a concession to fund, from her commission, the sale of the chandelier in an effort to keep it with the home. A second attempt to sell items attached to the home was recognized by the buyer,(me) when I recognized items being sold on the internet, items that were "attachments" to the home. At this point, the I requested a dissolution of the sale of the home. The Realtor, Sally Cure, gave erroneous information to the me concerning the dissolution of the contract and the sale of the home, and coercion to complete the sale. Upon inspection of the home, it was recognized that items "attached" to the home had been removed. When indicated to the Realtor, Sally Cure, the realtor's response was "Prove it" in a manner to reflect coercion. This Realtor also did not distribute the Commission from the sale of the home to other Realtors involved. (Dawn originally showed this home to me) When asked to resolve this issue, the Realtor wanted signed documents to relieve them of their wrongdoing.
