Explained the situation to the gentleman who had served me, not even 20 mins prior only for him to insinuate that I wasn't telling the truth. He reluctantly handed me my hot wings and corn on the cob work no apology and nothing extra for the inconvenience. This wasn't the first time as I experienced something similar nearly a year earlier which had me not return until recently. I had given up KFC for Nandos who, although not perfect, I find handle customer issues more professionally.
