I realized what happened a couple days later. Contacted ICBC and they sent a file to Fix. They contacted me a few days later to set an evidentiary appointment for photos etc. I was in there a month later, with a curtesy car and my vehicle was fixed like new three days later early! Excellent customer service and communication. They also detailed my Jeep. Very happy with them. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do it'll be them. FYI - the guilty party still has not come forward and I had to pay my own deductible - that's the only downfall of this experience.
