I made an appt and we discussed what was the best way to proceed. She pays attention to detail, listened to what I wanted, kept me informed as to how the color was lifting during our sessions and she is very kind and personable. We ended up doing ink removal twice. It lifted a lot of old color and then we did a powdered brow. I wanted a natural look as much as possible with my previously botched tattoos. it looks amazing! I can't wait to see the fully healed results! she also re-did my eyeliner and did some work on a couple of scars I had on my face! I actually looked forward to seeing her each time! This got figured out and the time was accommodated after some back and forth. After that appt, I schedule another service via text. A deposit to hold the slot was required. At no point were store policies shared or encouraged to look at prior to sending the deposit. A week before the appt, I explained that I had an unexpected expense and could not do it until the following month. This was not accommodated because they claimed I had already reschedule once before, which I hadn't. And it was only then that I learned the $75 deposit I made was not refundable. Not sure who it is that you text with, but they are quite rude. Scam artists for not sharing store policies via text or referring you to them prior to making deposits.

I like the comfy seating area, reading material, pitcher of refreshing water, uplifting music. I went in for microblading treatment with Karolin. Karolin provided the best microblading experience for me!! She's quite talented and skillful at her many crafts! It didn't take long and the sensation felt like a scratching of the brow area - not as painful as I thought! The numbing cream helped plus the aftercare kit with the application stick proved most helpful with the recovery. I'm looking forward to getting a fill-in after a few weeks the next time I visit Florida.
