Came in from out of town in the beginning of the fall. Sat down with a stylist and asked her to give me long layers. My hair was super long at this point almost to the small of my back. She immediately just started cutting, and I did not know how to react. When she was finished my hair was in short, choppy, and uneven layers. I was astonished at the fact she completely ignored what style I wanted and just started chopping my hair. It looks so bad I honestly had no idea what to say. I had spent years growing my hair to the length it was and just wanted a style that framed my face better while keeping it long. When I got back to my hometown I had a stylist there try and fix it. There was really nothing she could've done considering it was so choppy in some places it just had to grow out.... my self-esteem and confidence has been greatly affected by the fact that my hair is so hard to style and look nice because of how bad of a cut I was given at the salon. Don't go here.
Also, when I tried to call her a few days later she said that it just need to be thinned out on one side and come back in and she would do it. You cannot pay me to let this woman touch my head again... read more
