For all of you that feel like you lost you favorite stylist from Salon Tease, here she is! Casi has her very own beautiful space now and I couldn't be happier for her. When I first moved to Naples, I did some pretty thorough Yelp research. I was looking for the best...someone who specialized in blondes. My extensive search led me to Casi. I was so scared at first to let someone new do my hair after leaving Atlanta, but after just a few minutes in her chair, I knew she was on top of her game. She is exceptionally talented and she keeps me feeling beautiful every day. Not only is she gifted in blondes, but she does balayage (which she has started doing for me), updos, weddings, whatever you need. She really has an eye for color but also cuts with precision. On top of being awesome at what she does, I just thoroughly enjoy sitting in her chair--she is totally accepting of the days I am sleepy and great to talk to when I am in on one of my peppier days. Yesterday, she took time to teach me some new methods for styling my hair so that I could actually do it myself at home...and, I did! This morning! Thank you Casi ;-) She is now located in her own "suite" within the Salons by JC Naples which is on the 2nd floor of 800 5th Ave. You can park in their own parking lot, on the street, or in the garage; lots of options. Her space is adorable! Modern chic and clean. She brought in incredibly comfortable chairs--probably the most comfortable shampoo chair I have ever been in. I could lay their all day and let her shampoo my head--ugh, feels so good. Wish I could get her to do that every day when I wake up in the morning. She uses top of the line products...Goldwell, Olaplex. She stays up on new techniques and hair shows. JC Naples is filled with beauty suites for massage, skin, nails, wax, etc (all booth rental style) so when you are done with your visit with Casi, you can find whatever beauty service you might want or need. You can book in multiple ways. I just call her directly--if she doesn't answer, just leave her a message. She also uses this Style Seat so you can book online or through the StyleSeat app with her. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was quarantined in Naples and 3 months overdue with my highlights. Against my better judgement, I decided to give this salon a shot. 9 hours and $550 later (way more than what I pay at high end salons in Manhattan) i left extremely disappointed and exhausted. My roots were ORANGE. I gave her the exact combination for the gloss that my colorist uses and she did her own thing. I've gotten my hair colored for 16 years and never in my life has someone done my hair the way Loren did. 95% of my hair was in foils which is probably why it took 9 hours. She didn't properly time each section to ensure that everything would come out even. My left side is lighter than my right. My roots are ORANGE. I still have roots. After 9 hours and over $500 my hair should be better than Beyoncé's and instead i have an appointment back in New York to spend more money to have it fixed in 3 weeks. I would never, ever recommend this salon. To add, i don't think she was pleased with her work either because she made a comment about how sections of my hair didn't lift, the gloss wasn't what she should have used and offered for me to come back in a week for her to redo it. She also wanted to take a before and after pic and by the time my hair was complete she never took an after and I'd assume that's because she herself wasn't proud of the horrendous job. read more

I searched for MONTHS when I first got to Florida, and would go into salons and walk out...then I talked on the phone for 5 minutes with Casi and I could tell, she knew color and she knew what my hair needed. He space is small and cozy and looks out from the second floor off 5th/downtown Naples. There is free parking is easily found in the garage less than a block from her space. If you get lost, call Casi....she will guide you in. Casi did an AMAZING job in creating a look that was similar to what I had before I got there, but the color she used made my hair look like "blonde honey" like I had requested. I am 40 yrs old, and my hair....it has never looked THIS GOOD. The color looks natural because she did some Belage to it...I have never had that process before, and she nailed it. The color really brings out my eyes. She kept me youthful with the color and cut, and helped me hold onto my length while getting rid of the frizz and split ends. I have nothing but good things to say about Salon Alchemy. I met with Gabby for a consultation and after looking at her work on instagram (@gabbydoesmyhair_) I quickly booked my appointment. She was able to squeeze me in for a complete transformation. We spent 9+ hours together changing my platinum blonde hair over to a brown balayage (or so I learned colormelt). I wish I could give this zero stars, Salon Alchemy is a VERY unprofessional business. When I went in I went to the owner Casi thinking I would be going to someone who knows what they are doing... man was I WRONG. I went in with very blonde hair asking to make it a little less brassy something simple. I even showed pictures for a clearer idea of what I wanted. It took her over 5 hours with help from her assistant, who took over on the toners and usually I wouldn't mind but when paying such expensive prices (over $300) I expect the best and she was still in beauty school. After I left I absolutely hated it I tried calling multiple times no one answered. I literally cried over how awful it was I came out with a dark brassy color it was a JOKE... I tried to call one again and when I reached her a month later she was very rude and said she didn't even remember me and asked why I didn't text her I have NEVER ever had a professional salon say text me literally a joke. she than made fun of me for crying over my hair like as if it's funny to screw up on a clients hair, very tasteless and unprofessional. Though I didn't leave a voicemail because I was so frustrated that nobody answered she Blamed me for that. She was not willing to make things right or refund me I would not waste your time or money at this excuse of a salon. It's difficult when you come down to Naples during the season to find someone who can cut and color my hair so that it would just closely resemble the job my stylist from home does. Every year I go to Yelp and other sites in hopes of finding that special person. For the past 8 years that we have been down I have had some that were rated high but the job I got was in some cases a total disaster and some were just okay. UNTIL THIS YEAR!!! With a hope and a prayer I made an appointment with Casi on 5th!!! I could not believe my eyes when she was done ... IT WAS THE BEST CUT I HAVE EVER HAD and that was no small task since my stylist at home is awesome. I waited too long to the end of my vacation to try to schedule an appointment for much to my disappointment she was booked everyday before I left but agreed to put me on her cancellation list. No wonder she is booked because she IS THAT GOOD! Casi also colored my hair and was able to match my current color, that I love, SPOT ON. She is such a rare find and I would have NO HESITATION to recommend her TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A CUT THAT ACTUALLY MATCHES THERE PERSONALITY! Speaking of personalities, Casi is a FUN person. She knows when to talk and when to back off. I truly believe Casi (Casi on 5th) will deliver just the cut you describe-only BETTER! Charged me for services that I didn't know had extra charges then after I got home charged me an additional $65. I wasn't not happy with not having charges explained to me and services done that went way over the $165.00 that was quoted before starting. I had already paid $225 plus tip before the additional $65 charges. read more
