I went in for a cut and color, but a different type of color than I normally get at home. I sat with Zoe after being ten minutes late as of course, I got lost! Zoe spent time with me to see what I wanted and she heard me!! I haven't had such a wonderful experience in a chair since I was a hairdresser. She was attentive but not intrusive. Funny, intelligent, sweet but most of all she made me feel welcomed. Her spiritual side came through to me which was even more relaxing. I love my new "do"!! Its exactly what I was looking for! Skylar was so kind and helpful when setting me up for an appointment with Quinn, who has done my hair before. I got super lucky to snag some time with Quinn! The shop is so cute and such a warm and welcoming space. Everything feels clean and well taken care of. I also truly feel safe at Hair Hero to be myself without judgment. Skylar washed my hair while Quinn finished up on another client and I'll be very honest I wish I could hire her to wash my hair every day. She was gentle and thorough and it was wonderful! Quinn spent a very comfortable amount of time asking me what I wanted, talking with me about my hair, how much I really wanted to cut off, and making sure I was fully ready and on board - I appreciate this so much!
