I have had 3 massages with Jessica and have been extremely happy with the service every time. She scraped the old shellac with so much force it was painful and she also ripped off half a nail, which is now damaged and sore. She also cut two of my cuticles, one of which is still very painful and red. Her shellac application was pretty messy and she filed my nails at odd angles. I regret leaving a tip because I feel like I rewarded her. I would avoid this place, or at least make sure you don't book with Mary.
