She was brutally honest and told me my hair was too damaged & fagil for bleach that day (not to mention purple from using the wrong shampoo and 4 different shades of blond). I went back 2 more times for color correction and conditioning treatments. Along the way, Seline made me feel at home (offered café) and gave me tips on how to take care of my hair at home. When I was finally ready for bleach, I got the perfect warm blond color I always wanted. She took pictures and really studied my situation for the best plan of action. Highly recommend this salon. Since I made an appointment they were prepared and waiting for me. Meme had me text her my pic after speaking to me and in a nice way, she strongly suggested I change the type of hair I was dead set on getting. She was right. Both her and Jamila were meticulous in twisting my hair. Every strain was done neatly. My hair was full and will probably last a long time. It took 5 1/2 hours which is not very long time for my hair. My only regret is I wish I would have gotten my hair longer, not their fought. They asked me and I wasn't sure. Next time.

I have a weird mix of long and short chunks for bangs now. To their credit a senior stylist 'fixed' my bangs-its better than what the original stylist did, but it's still a step below good. I realize I was given to a junior stylist, and it's a learning process, but I think she really needs a senior stylist to take her under their wing and mentor her. I certainly will not be going back.
