First, the cosmetologist colored my hair black (the correct color I wanted), HOWEVER, they didn't put any "gel" or "plastic" behind my head (between my head and my shirt collar) BEFORE coloring my hair, such that SOME of the coloring PERMANENTLY stained the inside of my shirt collar. After trying to REMOVE the STAIN inside my shirt collar, as it simply wouldn't come out, I ended up throwing my shirt away in the trash! In addition, the hair coloring wasn't "seared in". What I mean by this is that every time I tried to use a towel on my hair to wipe away the "wet feeling", the towel I used was STAINED with hair coloring! I had to wash my towel out to remove the hair coloring STAINS on it every time I wiped my hair with it. I ended up washing my hair twice-a-day EVERYDAY for three full days, in order to NOT have any more STAINING on my towels. The cost for all of this was: $155.00, including a 20% tip. STAY AWAY from this PLACE PERMANENTLY!

I am beyond shattered for my husband. he called me after he left their shop this afternoon. He was…read morein tears and he was extremely mad at the hair cut this Trina Dam there gave him. He told me he asked for a short fade, only an inch was to be faded, and a small amount of hair was to be taken off the length. His hair is his makeup and he derived a lot (if not all) confidence from his hair. (he basically wanted the picture i added, just add a little fade to the bottom side of the head and neck) when he arrived home, he was completely distraught. It quite literally looked like a 2016 rave druggy going to Coachella. It looked like a toupee was just cut and glued onto his head... no shaping no fixing, horrible huge fade, wayyyy bigger than an inch. It was an 2 and a half inches of fade and it was so round connected to his neck... His words were "i lost every ounce of confidence and dignity i had" that's all it took for me to load him in the car and go down there. I was so mad i could feel my skin burning red and i was on the verge of crying. My husband is too nice to say anything sideways, but i will stick up for him bc i know how much this hurts him. The guy with the long pretty hair and a woman in a green dress took care of us and gave us the refund and tried to fix the problem. We settled for his old marine corps cut. He's completely stripped of MONTHS TO A YEAR OF GROWTH AND CONFIDENCE. He has never had long hair then he got out of the marines. He finally grew it out and got small cuts to shape it. He had beautiful hair and he was confident from it. I'm truly heartbroken for him. Sure it's hair and it will grow back, but it's been years of getting him to the point of being confident without being in the marines. He's now refusing to go out. Trina Dam sat back and fucking mean mugged me. when i came in pissed asf. Not an apology, not a word, just a nasty look. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Not just and ugly face, but ugly character to match it. This pretty black girl took care of him last time and it looked great, she silently gave his refund back. Everyone there was kind and tried to help as much as possible except Trina. i'm coming for Trina's license and her job.
