I get a dip manicure and a pedicure every three weeks. I love the ladies who work at Rose's- very friendly and they get to know their customers. They are very good at their jobs. I often get complimented on my nails- they look so great when freshly done and stay looking great for several weeks. They are very gentle with my feet, which can be sensitive at times. I have very dry skin and feel like I have baby soft feet when they are done. All the ladies do a great job but I love Hannah's dip manicure best. Highly recommend! I've never had a problem with any nail salon before today. One had very negative negative…read moreattitude. She blamed me because my nails were not drying under the dryer. I suggested maybe the nail polish was old and maybe it was the color because it was black. I told her I placed my hands under the UV dryer like I have done so many times so what the hell was different about today? She kept taking the polish off and then reapplying it. She did the three or four times when I asked her how many times she was going to do it she said well you're not drying. Now if you go home and this is smudged you're gonna blame us. I told her no I'll just go home and polish my own nails. It usually takes one or two cycles for nails gel nails to completely dry . I always carefully slide my hands into the UV machine. After this they start talking their language babble to each other so you can't know the derogatory things they are saying. . If that happens again, I'm gonna put my phone translator on so I'll be able to know exactly what the hell they're saying about me or anybody else. But I'll say what I have to say in ENGLISH so there will be no doubt. Then this "technician" had the nerve to say she didn't want me again if I came back as a customer. I told her don't worry about that!!! had a $10 tip for somebody but guess what she sure wasn't getting it. I paid for my nails and got out of there and I don't intend to go back again. Told her I only went there today because I couldn't get to my regular salon in Kenner. I'm pretty sure that if they ever read this review, they will know who I am and who they were but the fact is they need money, I don't need nails, I want nails, And there's one of these on practically every corner now

It was also a bit disheveled when I went. I don't know whether she was in the middle of doing something but there were a lot items lying around. I will say she took very good care of my toes and feet. She did a nice job on the polish and oiled my feet afterward. She took her time with the job. Overall, I could see myself stopping in again for a quick one-two.

On one visit I was a dime short (10 cent) I had to break a twenty dollar bill to give them the dime. Another visit I got individual eyelashes that fail off in a day are two. Hanna always put the malfunction back on the customer. Remember that I have given her business by telling my co-works, family and friends about her business. I ask the person the front desk person, who is ugly on the outside and inside how long of await. She gave me the time. I choose to make and appointment and come back. she looked in the system and said you come most times as walk -in, so you can wait. I told her no I would like to make and appointment with him, after going back and forward with her Hanna came over. they changed up on me by speaking in there language. I loudly stated to Hanna that you going to let money walk out the door ! She stood their looking stupid. The girl at the front desk is very rude and condescending. It's very unprofessional to speak to a customer in English and change up when you want to say something out of pocket about the customer. She is a coward. One would ask why I gave them this "Many chances". I can explain I have very thin hair on my eyebrows. I am very picky about who wax my eyebrows. Also, my big toe on both feet have skin that grow deep around the nail. if they don't take time to get it out I'm back it less then a week. I'm telling my story because we give our money to a community that are not deserving of us. I just had to get it off my chest I want be back.
