With my shadow box underneath like a burgundy color that I wanted but after she did my underneath she never went back and took the dye off my neck! I had to go back in the next day after I noticed it when I get home. Who takes bleach and rubs it all over roots when all I wanted was highlights!? Omg they do not know what they are doing here!!! The entire time she kept asking another girl what to do after she told me she's been doing hair for 7 years!! Who has to ask someone the next step every time when they have been doing hair for 7 years! That should of been my first indication to get up and leave!!! So after she rubs the bleach all over my roots and put a Walmart bag over my head and puts me under the dryer she rinses me out and of course I look like a giraffe I had to tell her I wasn't happy so she goes and asks the other girl what to do and here she comes with the bleach again!!!
