It made us very uncomfortable…read more Some of the stylists are not friendly but a red head cut my grandchild's hair and was she was very kind although he (grandson) was a wiggler. She had such an engaging personality, and seemed to be the only stylist in the shop that enjoyed her job and was friendly. The lady who I am assuming is the manager was making other stylists stop and recut. It made everyone uncomfortable and I could feel undercurrents in there. I am a people watcher and an ex business owner and found the business protocol poor as far as management. Clients should feel welcome and Celebrated rather than have to watch snapping. Not sure I'll be back. One nice person in the whole place.
