I called and made appointments for myself and one other person at noon. I sat for one hour and 17…read moreminutes before anyone started on my toes, then the technician had the nerve to tell me she didn't like the color I picked out. One lady was just walking around ushering people in and filling water bowls with fresh hot water for over an hour (because I wasn't the only one sitting and waiting) then finally walked over and started on another person's pedicure. She could have been doing that the entire time and getting people out quicker. Why let people call and make appointments for a certain time and then make them wait forever?
