My first visit to Salon Reyna was absolutely wonderful!!! I loved every bit of my experience. First, the appointment/booking process was super easy! I received a call (and a text) back within the hour. The salon was able to accommodate my sister and I for a color and cut. When we arrived, the exceptional service continued. We were greeted by its welcoming staff and talented employees! Great vibe and with friendly, helpful staff. Our stylists both knew what they were doing - they asked us what we were envisioning and brought our visions to life!!! They were all great at their jobs and we loved how our hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here!!! The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. I have never been more surprised and relieved simultaneously in my 65 years of "hair life".Surprised that I had finally located a highly professional team of Master's level cutters right in my back yard, and relieved by the tender care offered me by all providers involved in my color and cut, including the owner,Lori Reyna. I am new to Salon Reyna following a search for a new salon and am more than pleased with my choice. Lori and her staff are welcoming, helpful, and informative. Marty, the Creative Director, has done a marvelous job with my cut, color, and style. My husband complimented me after my first appointment with no prompting from me (absolutely true)! Aside from his professional expertise as a stylist, he has an impressive creative resume that includes music and art, which no doubt contributes to his talent behind the chair. I made my first appointment at Salon Reyna in April - the person who had been cutting and coloring my hair for over 50 years closed shop during the pandemic. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous having someone new work on my hair! Lori Reyna matched me with Pino Colasante; he was so nice and did a terrific cut and color! I've been back regularly since then and have only good things to say. The salon is clean and nicely maintained, you are greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Any call or email is returned immediately. Everyone in the place cares about the business and the customers and it shows. I called Salon Reyna 3 years ago because my hair was in need of a magician and Marty performed the most incredible magic cut and style I've ever received. (I did leave a review as well on google) Im not over exaggerating....I'm not sure I'd mentioned that I had completed chemo and my hair grew back extremely curly...was always straight before so I was at a loss on what to do with this new curly hair and Marty did an excellent job. I now have to see my magician again because I'm in treatment again but my hair is now thinner, grey, and straight (but on a good note I have hair ) so I see an appointment in my near future!! read more

I love getting my hair done at Salon Reyna! I went to Marty for a keratin conditioning (straightening treatment). He understood I had time constraints and was able to straighten my hair in under 2 hours.  He was patient  listened to my needs and did a superb job. He even took a razor to the back to even out the line.  I couldn't believe my once kinky/curly hair which resembled a mop turned out so beautiful.  I felt "modelesque" and ready to hit the runway!  I got loads of compliments and attributed it to Marty and the others at Salon Reyna who never disappoint. Had my first ever facial. Lee was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable and made sure to explain every step, which I really appreciated. I can't wait to come back for another one. Salon Reyna's covid protocol were great! I felt very safe and it did not take away from the relaxing experience at all. Everyone was wearing a mask, they took my temperature outside prior to my appointment and provided me with hand sanitizer when I went inside and everything was really clean! I went here because I like the haircut several people I know go here and I like their haircut. I am very picky, I want a haircut not to short and very low maintenance. I have been getting the same basic cut and color for awhile and was looking for someone to give me something at least a little different. I was ecstatic with my experience here. I recently relocated to the Chelmsford area from Pennsylvania. I was in desperate need of a cut and color but did not know where to go. I noticed a sign in Salon Reyna, which I go by everyday on my way to work. I decided to take them up on a free blow dry and consultation which they were advertising. Am I ever happy I went there. The salon is beautiful, the people are wonderful and my stylists gave me such great advice I went ahead and had my cut and color. I am thrilled with the results. I want to update my earlier review because Salon Reyna has moved since I first posted. They are still in Bedford, but are now located in a bright, cheery building with large windows all around. I continue to go to Salon Reyna for the great hair coloring and cuts by Marty, but there are a couple more stylists there now as well as manicurists. You can even get your makeup done if you're going out somewhere special. I always enjoy my visits there; everyone is so friendly. I always leave feeling relaxed and well-taken care of. read more

I've been going to salon Reyna for about 2 years now. Alex does a fantastic job and my hair has never been so healthy or looked so good. I always leave the salon with new techniques for styling my hair because Alex is very knowledgeable and doesn't only style my hair but teaches me how to do it at home. Went today and got a facial and this was the first time at the salon and it was a beautiful little shop! Beautiful welcome by the front desk lady, Diane and the facial was Wonderful!!! Lee was so great, she explained what she's was doing as she was doing it, and was very personable! My face is rejuvenated and I can't wait to do it again. I went to Salon Reyna for the first time to get my hair and makeup done for my senior prom. I went two weeks in advance and did a trial run with Katherine and absolutely loved it! I was also so pleased with the results on the actual day of prom, my hair looked so good and my makeup was flawless. I went to Salon Reyna to have my hair cut short for the first time. Even though I had a few pictures that I could show Pinot, the hairdresser who helped me out, I still wasn't entirely sure of just what I wanted with my face shape, but Pinot was very patient and led me through and suggested different options to me. Everytime I need an appointment (which is usually last minute because I'm feeling desperate) they seem to finagle things to get me right in! This is a bonus as my schedule is hard to work with! My new favorite salon! I loved my consultation with Marty! He made recommendations based on my hair type, the shape of my face, etc. I went from long, blah hair to a great shoulder length style with curl and body. I went to Salon Reyna for the first time, as my niece highly recommended the Salon, and Pino. I always colored my hair myself, but Pino gave me the right color that left my hair shiny and not brassy. He also gave me a haircut that is easy to style and is very flattering. I am so happy with how everything worked out and made a follow up appointment for 5 weeks from now.
